Robust, quiet, height adjustable desk
Purchased in April 2018 the frame arrived flat packed.I went for this frame because it can accommodate a slightly wider top than most and being 6' 3" I needed a frame that could accommodate my height - many just stop short of where it needs to be. This is perfect for me and there is easily scope for someone much taller. It is incredibly heavy and in view of its size and shape you really need two people to handle it safely! This is a good thing though as it's a testament to the build quality of this desk frame (personally I left it where the delivery man deposited it, opened the pack and removed each piece one at a time!).The instructions were good and an Allen key was provided to assemble it all. For the top, I simply went to the local DIY store and bought a left over piece of oak kitchen worksurface for £20 and attached that to the finished frame.Wires are a pet hate so a single 8 way plug extension was screwed to the underneath of the desk and cables cut to length and plugged in. The PC itself was attached to the underside of the desk to overcome the challenge posed by the plethora of cables coming out the back of it - and to improve the aesthetics.I use a couple of old monitor screens attached to a dual monitor stand to ensure the correct height. This in turn is clamped to the desk. The attached photos give you a feel for the office setup that now works perfectly for me.I did have a problem with the controller initially - i preset the heights, but when pressing the buttons it would go up say 10 cms and then reverse 2 cm for some reason. I contacted support who are based in China and got an instant reply in perfect English. After running a few tests it was clear the controller wasn't working properly and a new one was sent out promptly. It only took a few days and was well packed. This was easy to swap out - everything is so easy to do because you just put the desk on it max height and work beneath it - and it worked perfectly afterwards. With the original controller the display was on permanently, this replacement is one of the new ones and the display now turns off shortly after using it.Bottom Line - 5 Stars for Product Build, Performance and Service. The PC case was attached to the underside of the desk using webbing straps. Its very effective (see here https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B074V35B6Y) and at only £10 does the job perfectly. There are lots of alternatives out there. This is the monitor stand I used https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B076QGMJBY. It can take two 27" screens but if you use two different sizes like I did it can easily accommodate them given the flexibility of the arms. Its a cheap alternative but again its robust and did the job perfectly. If you are taller than 6' 3", choose one with a longer pole as this is right on the limit for my height. The 8 way surge protection extension lead was an old Belkin one with wall fixing slots on the back - There are lots to choose from eg https://www.amazon.co.uk/SWN82-Masterplug-Individually-Switched-Extension/dp/B01L4P56KI

Highly functional, great value
Would I buy it again? Probably not.Do I regret buying it? Definitely not.Great table, does what it says on the tin. Saved my back while having to work from home during lockdown.Unfortunately there was one big hiccup. When I ordered, after waiting almost two weeks to receive the equipment, I realised one of the legs was missing. I had to get in touch with the seller and wait another two weeks to get a replacement piece shipped from the factory. At a time where I just desperately needed an adjustable desk, that was not great. That is the only reason I would not recommend it. I don't even understand how such mistake can happen, it was immediately obvious when I unpacked it that a piece was missing, and in retrospect the box was not even big enough to hold all the required pieces. This really should not have happened. To the credit of the seller they were very friendly and responded to all my emails within 24 hours.

Well made, quiet and works well
I work from home and have a flat pack desk with drawers one side and some sort of cubbyhole the other. I took the desktop off and adjusted the width of this sit/stand frame to sit just outside the base of the desk. (Well I narrowed the bottom part of the desk so that the stand could bolt to the desk).I can't lower the desktop to quite the same height as when originally on the desk, since there is now a rail and two motor packs under the desktop but I can get close enough to still sit comfortably. This desktop has two 22inch monitors on on swivel arms, and two laptops and some other equipment and the stand copes well raising and lowering. The desktop raises and lowers really smoothly and I've preset the heights to suit me.The stand comes well packed, and is very nicely made, and sturdy. It was a breeze to put together following the clear instructions.Only had it a day but its working as it should, and I'm very pleased I got it. Recommended.

Sturdy but temperamental
I bought four of the desks for my office. They are very well made and nicely finished. All in all very impressive. The downside was that two of them failed within a day and would not go either up or down. Contacting the seller, New Life Orford, proved very difficult with no response to email. I eventually got hold of them through Amazon and after a few emails back and forth and sending them a video of the problems, both were fixed after two weeks. As a user it looks like the controllers are a bit flaky. In summary, they are top quality desks, very stable in use and look good BUT should problems arise, it can be a slog to get things sorted.

Thoroughly impressed
I didn't expect this to be as solid as it is. It has a memory function, so one press takes it to whatever position you stored. It's a good speed, not so fast that things wobble. It has a motor in each leg, electronically synced.Building it was okay. Instructions could have been clearer, and it didn't need to start with the absolute heaviest part. The power/controller in the centre has a slightly bizarre design that forces wires to cross, but after a couple hours I had a desk.I bought it for £320 and combined with a 186cm worktop from Ikea to make a very good looking desk - and at the time it's one of the cheapest on Amazon, definitely the cheapest with a memory feature. Also extremely heavy!

Great product, highly recommended.
Really good quality build. The motor is smooth, quiet and fast and moves my desk, iMac and usual desk clutter with no problems at all. I used an Ikea desktop that I already had available and had no problems attaching it to the supplied frame.I really like the flexibility of being able to work sitting or standing position and the 4 memory presets come in handy to allow two people to have their own personal standing/seating preferences stored for easy access. I've been using the desk for over a week now and really like being able change working position during the day.Highly recommended.
