I love the smell of this shampoo but it did not stop my Jack Russell Terrier dog from itching. Smells great.

Our Samoyed loves this shampoo and it helps with her itching as well. She has pretty bad allergies and dry skin and this helps a lot. She smells great and seems to love the shampoo. Price is definitely a bit of a premium over the generic dog shampoo, but not unreasonable. Overall, a solid buy.

One of my dogs, a Bullie mix is allergic to grass. In the spring and summer she has a terrible time with itchiness. Her skin gets red and irritated and often times she get tiny red bumps on her belly from laying in the grass, not sure if it's the grass or bug bites causing it. We limit her outside time to just a few minutes, long enough to do her business and sniff around a bit. I've tried severl anti-itch shampoos, they work, but not as quickly and as effectively as kin+kind did. Once out of the bath and dried off she went straight to her bed and slept, soundly, for several hours. Normally after a bath she does some scratching before she relaxes. Kudos kin+kind, you helped Roxie get some much needed rest!

The shampoo love it up nice the performance of the shampoo was supposed to take away itchiness, and it did not. The value of the shampoo was good. The parents of the bottle was nice and it smelled really good and a course of shampoo so it was easy to clean up.

I had just adopted a lab mix a month ago. He had a strong odor that started to kick up my allergies. I tried regular dog shampoo, didn't help. I tried medicated shampoo and that would last less then a day. I tried multiple pet sprays that did nothing until I came across kin+kind. I tried their spray out first and noticed the stench and my allergies went away. The spray would last more then a day and let me wait a few days before giving him a bath again. This prompted me to buy their shampoo and let me say this is a heaven send. Not only does it smell amazing but it lasts longer then the medicated shampoo already. He smells great and my allergies are gone! I can finally cuddle and pet my dog without my eyes turning red and itchy or wanting to scratch my skin! I'll definitely be sticking with this brand and using both the shampoo and spray to help keep things under control.

Dog has itchy skinI read alot of reviews for other dog shampoo's & i liked the sound of this product the best.I have not bathed my dog, as in got him in the tub & washed him.It is too cold where i am to submerge my dog in water, he has a double coat & takes along time to fully dry.I have however due to him starting to smell, used this shampoo with warm water & a washcloth.On his tummy & all 4 legs.He deffinately smells better but does need a full wash.Hes a bit of a stinky boy but he'll have to wait until the warmer weather comes back.So far, so good i would say.No adverse affects on his itchy skin, it seemed to help soothe his tummy & legs though.I look fwd to using this properly soon.

I’m very thankful for this natural and safe line of products.You won’t find a lot of lather and you use a good amount of the bottle when bathing a large breed dog. But knowing that my puppy is getting bathed in ingredients that don’t have negative long term effects on his skin and health is extremely important.I did find this cedar scent to be rather overpowering and long lasting. I’m extremely sensitive to scents, and while this didn’t affect my breathing, I did find it extremely strong for a long period of time. If I found it overwhelming, I can’t imagine how irritating it might have been for my dog.I would definitely cut it with the unscented shampoo in the hope that it would tone down the cedar scent but still provide the deterrent effect to pests.
