TruePower Welders Helper 3X3 Set Flat/Curve/Angle Cop Plates

I am restoring a old muscle car and making it a pro street show car and that requires a lot of welding on thin sheet metal and also filling big holes left in the panels from things like emblems are mirrors and body moldings and what not. I am not exactly a top tier welder so I wanted all the help I could get, and without this I am not sure how I would've done a couple of the things including filling the holes in. Outside of just filling in holes I use it a lot of times on the back side of where I'm welding because it helps absorb the heat, which helps keep the thin sheet metal from warping. This is a awesome little tool at a good price, there are others selling there version of this (which is the exact same) for over twice the cost. It comes with three different shapes and bends to be able to fit almost every contour and they absorb the heat well. The handle is comfortable and has not got hot on me yet, but I'm not laying long beads down either. I would recommend this product to anyone getting into welding or going to be doing bodywork.

Use this when I need to move heat away from thin sheet metal spot on auto body. Can use this or heat removing clay. have used spoon when welding small holes or patches in critical areas where you don't want to burn through. Works well.

The copper is of appropriate thickness for welding, not too thin that it melts from the heat. The different copper attachments are the correct shape to help with most welding scenarios where you need to use one of these.

well...sometimes you win and sometimes you get what you pay for.....these look good....feel good....and so far have worked just like they were designed to....good buy

What a life saver these have been when work on sheet metal when you blow a hole in the thin stuff. These worked great. wish they had some different shapes but cant complain would buy again.

This is a good product. I really didn't expect much for the price, but I was pleasantly surprised with the goods. I have been using them on a daily basis since I opened the package and they are holding up quite well. I would buy these again in a minute if I needed them.

Didn’t like em at all ! Not thick enough for the metal I was welding needed it to fill a gap and burnt right through em

The handle is good, and sturdy.It works for what it's ment to do.Kind of expensive tho, and a bit bulky to get into tight spots.

Have not been able to work them soldering. Some information how to use would of been beneficial.
