Grip, Advanced Thick-Bar Adapter

These grips are just as good as the other, more expensive, ones. They give you such a better burn, not to mention the hand strength. I wish I would have learned about these sooner!

Having a choice of color was a nice plus but I bought this over similar products for the knurled internal grips that make it grip the foam on the pullup bar which it does nicely. My gym's dumbbells are ergonomic and these do not fully wrap around leaving a gap almost an inch across where the dumbbell balloons in the middle. Even with this extra girth they function and don't slide off during curls. The bar on the smith machine is smaller in diameter and the manus grip fits loose but with a little squeeze holds the bar. On the olympic bars the manus grip fits as designed with a quarter of an inch or less gap. I wasn't expecting to feel much of a difference performing bench presses but my chest got that good feeling before reaching the heavy sets. Doing rows I definitely feel the forearm muscles more and they get massively pumped. I don't use gloves when I use the manus grip and I now prefer the feel of the manus grips. The entire surface is smooth, not slick, and feels hard which makes it more like an extension of the weights. I seriously do not believe the material will wear down-- its built like a tank and adds its own weight to the lifts.

These are Perfect and are Exactly as described. Good for grip strength. Bright orange color makes them hard to lose.

Extremely heavy duty/quality product. Has better features than the competitors ie; smooth face, knurled interior, rims on the end etc.My forearms definitely feel the burn after doing curls with these and i would recommend to anyone.
