At first these cords were great. I loved the color and length of the cord. However, it’s only been 2 months since I received them and they both are not working anymore. I’m very disappointed and don’t recommend them if you want something to last more than a couple months.UPDATE: I am very impressed by this company’s customer service. I contacted them about my broken chargers and they replaced them with brand new ones. Totally free and easy. They even added one day shipping for the replacements. I received them today and I’m happy.

Seemingly very good product thus far, I've only had it for about a week and I've gotten 3 emails from the company to review this product so hopefully this will stop them from spamming me. Cord braid feels durable, end plugs feel like metal. I'd give this product a 5 if I hadn't been spammed with emails. If I get any more after this it'll be 3 stars. Be warned Xcentz. Your move.

I’m a big fan of this company and their cables. This cable is no exception. They feel strong and durable. The blue color is nice too. Even if the cable stops functioning, the company will send you a replacement instantly. Overall, this cable is a WINNER.

This cable is great. Looks great and works well. Seems like it will hold up very well. Only one issue. Title claims “fast charging cable for iPhone”. Only way to accomplish fast charging on any apple (iphone 8 and up) is to have a USB-C to lightning cable. This is just a Old USB cable. There for any wall mount you plug this into won’t be able to accomplish fast charge regardless of the wattage.Like the cable. It’s great. If you’re trying to accomplish fast charge (like I am) better off buying the official apple cable that’s around the same price.

The charger stopped working after 2 weeks. Very disappointing to see with reviews this product has.

Better and more convenient design than the original white cords (the tip is bigger, easier to insert in the phone to charge; the metal finish is much more pleasant to the touch, and the ridge make it easier to grip).I like the color (bright but not too much) and that the cord itself is wrapped in woven threaded cover, giving me hope it will last longer than the ones I used before.

Someone called these the Cadillac of phone charging cables, and I could not agree more. I have a parrot who loves to bite my phone cables when I am not looking -- normal charging cables are flimsy and even a nip exposes the wires underneath, so I have had to buy new cables every few months. BUT NO MORE! The Xcentz iPhone charging cables are amazingly strong and durable, excellent quality, and worth every penny. The bright colors are very attractive to my bird, but even her strong beak has not been able to break the cable...to be honest, I cannot even see where she tries to bite it. I was so impressed with these cables, I bought a red one too. And I plan to buy more. I am very happy with my purchase!

I've purchased many iPhone chargers with all of them that just stop working. I did a little research and this charger came up with glowing reviews for its quality and customer service. The charger comes in an impressive package similar to apple products, maybe because its apple approved. The quality is sturdy feeling. The connection points have a solid feel and the cord itself feels sturdier than prior used chargers. I've only used it for a couple of days and so far so good. Any changes and I'll update my post.

I have only had this charging cord a few days, and I will update my review if anything significant changes, but let me say that so far I am thrilled with it. The packaging was sturdy and aesthetically pleasing, the cord came looped neatly with a velcro tie around it to keep it together and to use in the future to store it neatly. The actual cord feels very sturdy and solid, and the colour is so, so pretty. The connection and plug ends are made of metal and polished to a very smooth finish that feels like the perfect mix of form and function, and there is a very satisfying “click” when you plug it into your phone. No issues at all with charging my iPhone, begins charging right away and seems to steadily charge the phone up. I have not yet tested the speed of charging, as I use the cord to charge my phone overnight on my bedside table. Another nice detail for those who are sensitive to electronic sounds and frequencies and may charge their devices near their beds like me: this cord makes no high-pitched electric sound! It is silent and that is so wonderful.Overall I am very satisfied with this cord; the price isn’t cheap but then again, the cord doesn’t feel or work cheap either. Definitely worth it if you’re sick of cheap cords that look nice but stop working or heat up super hot or are noisy or fall apart. Just get this one and be done with all that. :)

Here are the pros and cons of this product after testing this for a week.I had used the following devices to test this cable:- iPad Air 2- iPad Mini 4- iPod TouchPros:- Very sturdy charger cable- The ports on both sides are made of zinc alloy- The entire cable is nylon braided- The above 2 things ensure that the cable's quality never goes detrimental over a long period after repeated use/abuse of this product- This cable certifies to Apple's standards- Beautiful greenish blue color stands out and can be easily identified- Comes in a very beautiful package (the carton box is pretty hard) which makes it ideal for giving as a gift- The device charging time time is in comparison and very close to the charging cable which Apple provides- No overheating problems in the device as of nowCons:- None as of nowOverall, a very great product which I would definitely recommend.

Pour une raison inconnue, mon iPad Air 2 ne rechargeait plus sa pile et un réparateur agréé Apple m'informe que cela coûtera plus de 120$ pour en installer une neuve. Il me suggère avant de procéder de m'acheter un câble et un bloc mural certifiés par Apple, ce que j'ai fait et cela a suffit pour que ma pile recommence à se recharger et mieux, plus rapidement . La bonne idée du technicien m'a fait économiser deux fois le prix que j'ai déboursé et je lui en suis reconnaissant.

Consistent with some other reviews of this product, the plug may not always make proper contact with the iPhone jack so charging may suddenly stutter or stop. Wiggling it sometimes helps. At first I thought it was not inserted with the proper orientation (X side on same as phone screen side) but I had it correct. I wondered if this company sent me someone else's returned item that was damaged by misuse. Even as I'm typing out this review the cable is stuttering on and off. The cable material itself is very strong, but the design of the jack is not study or durable. I do not recommend this product.

UPDATE: I just received a replacement cable. It works great and the quality seems really good. I hope it lasts longer than a 4 months. The warranty process is difficult to find. You have to access it through your Amazon account orders and after several clicks you can get to the warranty request. I would suggest that Xcentz should make this process a lot simpler with a direct link to get to the warranty.I need warranty for my cables, but there is no explanation on how to get this. I am leaving this review as directed by the Amazon Support.Please contact me or provide some guidance on how to access this "Lifetime Warranty" so I can return these failed cables.
