This is a replacement for one I lost. Was happy to get a referb for cheap! I like the screen quality on the first one enough to get a second one.

No problems and it like new. Will take an SD card for external storage in sim tray
This tablet is awsome! Battery lasts a really long time. They don't mention in the ad that it also accepts a micro SD card on the left side where the sim tray is. You have to use a pin in the hole to get it out. SD takes the first slot an the smaller one is for a sim if you decide to go that route. I cannot tell that this is a refurb because it appears to be brand new, so great price! The SD card I put is was 32GB so might would accept a 64 as well. Revised: I had rated this tablet with 5 stars. Warranty is 9o days. 1 male month out of right after warranty elapsed I started getting an "Alert" message that pops up about every 5 mins. It says " Sorry, we ran into a problem. Please try again. If the problem persist, call us at 800 922 0204." Error code 1000. This is Verizon's # but I do not have service with them and they will not help. I've Googled the error code for Verizon a d it has to do with their Instant Messaging service which I do not use. I have completely restored the tablet back to factory image twice in and attempt to get rid of it but nothing works. I reach out to the sellers and all they say is its out of warranty so they won't help try contacting the manufacturer. Wow $200 and 3 months later I've got a Very annoying Verizon Error machine. Also it keeps dropping the internet connection every 10 seconds and the reconnect causing pages to load slowly or not at all. At first I rated them high nut I know better. I do not recommend buying from these people. Hopes this helps someone out there.

Don't be afraid to buy refurbished.
Bigger screen with more GB which is what I needed. Glad I purchased. Don't watch videos on it, so can't rate that. Refurbished was a price point I could do. Works as expected.

Tablet is fine, if you want to just play games, or light surfing. Other than that buy something else

Did not work
Right when I receive this item it did not work at all. I had to return it right away. Then I ordered another one. He same one because I thought it was just a flux but the other one came and it was the same thing. It also did not work at all. Not look for two of them to do the same thing. Again sent back. So I just went to the store and bought one.

A little slow.
This tablet seems to have a slower reaction screen.And the battery doesn't stay charged very long. I use it for internet only.

Buyer beware
Brand new tablet comes up with an error all the time I believe I was sent one that was returned or refurbished. Very disappointing especially when you pay for something NEW
