product is a great training aid. Be careful of manufacturing quality as I had a seam that was split upon delivery. They quickly replaced the product!

Not convenient
Very awkward to use. Would have been better if there had been a cord to loop around my neck so I didn't have to keel picking it up

To small for me. I can use it but it’s kind of a pain. I ordered the Tour Striker ball instead.

Even the medium size is pretty big
I’m 5’6” and the medium size is way too big for me. Can’t even get my hands together with the ball between my forearms. I’m giving it a 5-star rating because I was able to try a friend’s junior size, and it was perfect. It does exactly what it’s advertised to do. I recommend it; just be careful to get the right size.

Pro suggested these for wrist/arm control. Too awkward to use consistently. Wouldn’t recommend

Excellent training aid!!
This is a wonderful product and one that has been valuable to the students I teach. It shows how the arms should be working together and connected through out the swing. It works well showing students when they chicken wing their left arm (right handed golfers), have a flying left elbow in their backswing, and how long they should keep their arms extended through the swing after impact.I would order a dozen for my larger classes and have them each work with the impact ball a few minutes each class before beginning...Just wish it was a little less expensive for a bulk order.The Women's size works better than the Men's size...which is a little larger for most golfers. The larger size is best suited to very large men with wide arms...FYI.
