I bought this as a Christmas gift for my sister in law, and she loved it! The seller did an amazing job at packing it, it came in its own little box and gift baggy! It truly warmed our hearts! So beautiful and not pricy at all!

I bought this for my wife for her birthday. She absolutely loved it! It's a nice solid piece with a delicate appearance. The chain seems very capable to support the charm, which is important particularly around a grand daughter that likes to pull things. The necklace itself is pretty but the way it was placed in the box for delivery made the chain tangle up. It took over an hour to untangle.

It is super cheap looking, there is literally no shine AT ALL. I can go out to ANY shop like "Claire's", "Sally" (a store for hair products), and basically any vendor that sells anything jewelry, and find something for $5 dollars that shines more and looks so much better than this. I'm not returning this as it was a gift, but this thing is not worth anyone's money. Flimsy silly strings for a necklace, and the heart itself is very cheap. Just... not worth it. The shimmer diamonds they show in the picture is false advertising, the real thing is super flat and dull, it looks just like tiny square holes where the little diamond speckles USED to be.

This is a great necklace for a gift. You can tell that the diamonds don't have the highest clarity (as advertised), but the build quality looks to be good, nothing to fall apart any time soon, and it really does look beautiful. Very nice.
