Maselex 4 Watch Winder Box for Automatic Watches with 6 Storages and Quiet Mabuchi Motor

The media could not be loaded.  This case has exceeded my expectations. Very good looking, very well designed and has a numerous options for each turn wheel independently. Also it's got additional stationary row for 6 more watches. It's important to mention here how quiet this case is, meaning it will keep operating in the background without any noise whatsoever. it comes with a single key (was hoping for at least one more copy) to keep it locked out of the children's or snooping hands reach.

I have a modest collection of watches, including a couple of automatics (with a couple more in my sights), so I’ve been looking for a watch case with at least 4 spaces for autos.I settled on this one for the price. It’s been a couple of weeks or so and I’ve been very happy with the product so far.Pros:-holds all my watches with some room for expansion.-quiet while rotating, but I keep my case in the master bathroom, so I’m not around to hear the noise even if it was loud.-looks great, and displays my collection nicely.-Excellent value for the price paid.-independent controls for each winder, so I can turn one side off while no watches attached, to save life of the motor.-multiple rotation speed and direction options for each winder.Cons:-Quality of craftsmanship is questionable, but I haven’t had any issues yet and feel it’s more than good enough for the price paid.-It’s big. If you don’t already own a watch case, the size of this may surprise you. Make sure you have adequate counter space near a plug in for this bad boy.-Key/Lock design seems cheap. I don’t lock mine so I’m not worried about it, but if that function really matters, it’s something to note.-No extra drawer or storage space for extra straps, nato bands, tools, etc. I would have enjoyed this even more if it had an extra drawer for these items.-Smell. Air this puppy out before putting your nice watches in there. It will make your leather straps smell for a bit until it’s aired out properly.All in all I’ve been very happy, and will update with additional info if anything changes in the months to come.

The watch winder/case has great potential, but fails in execution.Pros: The case looks good and is well finished in most respects. The motors are relatively silent and independently controlled with both direction and speed settings. The lid stays open on its own without fear of closing on your fingers or watches.Cons: Mine arrived in pieces with the internal part of the winder lying in the case with a broken tab (that clips in the winder). There was also white powder in the case, which was pretty obvious on the black felt. As for the felt/fabric, it was not finished well with corners curling up showing the fiberboard underneath. The metal cover on the lid that the lock tab engages was bent as well, and is not flush with the lid. Pretty poor finishing, but not the worst I've seen on a cheap watch winder. I'd give it a 5 out of 10.The two star rating is due to the poor quality control, not just the winder being broken and shipped that way, but with all the other detail work that is just lacking. Things not fitting, glued down, residue, etc.Conclusion: Not a bad watch winder, hardware wise. The motors are silent and their functions are good and variable enough form most anyone. The case looks decent from a distance.When you open the package and set it up, it's not a "Whoo Hoo!", it's more of a "Meh..." If you can live with that, then this case is fine.

My old winder had died on one side. What I wanted was $300 or more so I held off. Saw this one in the warehouse for under $75 and took a chance. Outside of the box not being perfect the winder looked like it had never been out of the box. All protective film was in place and unit works great! So quiet and my watches have not complained. Also has room for 6 additional watches I have filled.

First one I ordered was highly damaged. It the box wasn’t bad so I don’t k ow what happened where. Return it and got another and so far it’s working. The knobs that point to what setting it’s on are not aligned correctly and it’s not as quiet as some. It’s in my bedroom and it’s not loud enough to hear unless you’re close to it and the knobs don’t effect the operation as long as you pay attention. The finish on the second one looks perfect. Fingers crossed!

So far using it for a week now, still early to know how reliable it was. The box and color red look very nice, motor ran very quiet and smooth. The only bad thing is that, if you bought for the gift, people might think it cheap brand, because no brand logo and don't know what country it made around the box.

Overall, the customer service is great. When I first got it, I have complained about the function of it, since it stopped rotating pretty soon after I turned it on. But later it turns out to be working fine. The customer service has offered me an exchange, but now it is all in good shape. I would appreciate the customer service.

I really like this. It has a real solid feel to it, a smooth enamel finish and heavy to be certain. The hardware shows no signs of being loose, and it locks tightly with no shifting back and forth of the lid. With the 4 knobs you can make an enormous amount of cycling adjustments for automatics. The window opening on the case's top allows you to keep your solar powered watches powered and ready to go. Again, I am really impressed and very happy to have bought this.
