Women's Modern Bootcut Jean

Since retiring I have put on several extra pounds and nothing in the closet fits anymore. (for reference - 5'7 and 199 lbs.) I finally broke down and made myself purchase these for a weekend trip with my family. I should have done it Way before now! The pants fit Perfect! (size 16M) They are the right length and I love them! They are much softer than regular old jeans, they have just the right amount of stretch, and I will definitely being buying more of them. I have not washed them yet, but I suspect they will be just fine. Just wont put them in the dryer - but then, I have never dried my jeans - and I have been wearing jeans since the 70's! If you are a Baby Boomer like me, who just cannot give up your jeans for those elastic waist pull ons that "old women" are famous for - get some of these! You will love them! (I have not been paid or promised anything for this review - it is straight from my brain to my fingers to you!)

These fit great! I was nervous ordering as my size is normally a 6 but with manufacturers always different in size, sometimes 6 is too tight and 8 is huge! These were spot on! I'm 5'5, 125lbs and I ordered a 6.The first time I ordered, they were too long bc I ordered the long. My daughter is 5'7" and those fit her perfect. Shes 125lbs, too. Her hip bones are about 2 1/2-3" higher than mine. After that, I ordered these for me. Perfect for both of us and these are definitely our favorite jeans now. Very durable, great functional pockets, and really soft. Not stiff and hard like some. Not leggings, these are jeans but almost as comfortable! We love these and hope to order other colors when they are available. You can not beat this price or quality! I keep getting compliments and brag how inexpensive they are! Great job!

I love these jeans! It's so wonderful to find a pair of jeans that fits (mostly) right and is soft and comfy. I purchased these jeans in Size 16 "Plus" and there is extra midsection space that it's not tight. (Note that the jeans themselves don't say "plus" anywhere, they just fit better! I am 5'6" and 220lbs) Plus they are slightly stretchy so they move well. Personally, I like the half pockets so I don't have to dig too deep for kleenex or chapstick.Downsides are that the jeans are really long (I'm 5'6") that I have to cuff them to avoid stepping on them. I could get them hemmed, but I don't want to pay for that given jeans don't last that long. That's another downside -- I've only had these a few weeks, but I can already tell the thigh rubbing will quickly wear holes given the jean fabric is fairly thin. However, since they fit well enough and finding bootcut jeans is so hard, I will probably buy these again. It's a great price too!

I ordered these jeans after not being able to find a different brand that I loved because of the excellent fit. These jeans are absolutely perfect. I am 62, so clothes don't usually fit the same as they did when I was 35, but these jeans do. They have a good overall feel to the fabric, and don't pull in weird places. Highly recommend.

I was afraid to order jeans without trying them first but I went for it. They're lightweight stretchy scratchy material. They are pretty long at first but after a couple washes they are almost perfect in length. I've washed them about 5 times and they haven't shrunk any more than the first two times. Wash them inside out to avoid the ends of the cuffs rolling up when washing and drying. I wish they were a little softer but they do fit well and are stretchy enough to be comfortable so I cope with the roughness - it's not awful by any means :). I actually just ordered another pair since they seem to be my go to jeans as of late

I am 5'3, 125 pounds and I ordered the 6 standard. The standard is too long, but that is to be expected for me. I am too short for a standard, but the short version of pants are too short to look good with boots that go under the pant. So, I hemmed the pants and now they are perfect. The waist is comfortable, which is all I care about. The pant itself is very flattering and the material is comfortable. I bought them to go with a pair of boots I like wearing under pants.

I like the way this fits on my thighs, stomach, and behind. However, why do people assume that people who buy a women's size are also tall? I have to wear 2-inch heels to hopefully keep me from walking out the hems. And the front pockets are not full-size pockets. They're only half as long as normal and I can't put my cell phone in them. I can't even put a credit card in my front pocket and be sure that it won't slip out.I won't buy another pair. The length and small pockets are just too irritating. I could fix the hem, but there's no way to fix the pocket.

If you have a large waist like I must have. A lot of jeans I try to buy are too tight at the waist, but when I order a larger size, the hips and legs are baggy. This jean has a great amount of stretch in the waist, and the legs fit nice and snug on a size 16 like I like. I actually thought I would wear an 18, but I had to return it for a 16 (always a plus in my book!) The material doesn't stretch the jeans out like some other stretch jeans I have worn These were just great, you won't be sorry if you try them!
