Cats like them too
My cat ordered the red and the blue jackets two years ago. He loves them. He loves to walk outside, and these jackets keep him nice and warm during cold northeast winters. We ordered several different brands online and these jackets are definitely our favorite. They are well made, and they fit him perfectly, wide enough around the neck, and long enough in the back to keep his tail bone warm. (We ordered the large.) I like the snaps, they are very sturdy and easy to secure. We also like that there’s a hole on top to allow the leash to clip on to the harness. (All pet garments should have this feature but some of them don’t, which is fine if your pet never leaves the house I guess.)It’s September and the weather is starting to get cold, so I came to this site to order more colors. The red and the blue are in perfectly good shape, they are durable and we will be using them again this winter. We might order another color or two for the sake of variety. We highly recommend these pet jackets! Warm and stylish, your pet will wear them with comfort and pride.

Best Pup Coat Ever
This is absolutely perfect for my 13lb chihuahua! It fits her just right, which can be really hard to find. This jacket is so incredibly soft on the inside and also completely waterproof on the outside, keeping her warm and dry on cold Boston days. The color is vibrant and beautiful:) I would definitely recommend this product! Great price

true to size
Perfect fit!! which is difficult for my dog. It is windproof I was looking for waterproof but couldn't find in the right size combination. I've learned to go by the chest size first then length and neck. Another reason I chose this one is for the snaps. All of my Velcro items become a problem after a while and the Velcro doesn't stick any longer. Zippers break and are tricky underneath. Nicely made, trimmed well. Seems comfortable and warm doggy seems to like it.

Yes, Your Dog Will Get Used to the Snaps
I purchased the Size Large for our 17-lb poodle, who has a large chest, longer body and slender neck. His chest is 20.5" so the jacket is fitted, but not tight, and overall is a great fit! It is slightly short along the back (our poodle measures 16.5" from neck to tail), but that's ok, as the undercarriage appropriately clears the bathroom-area for our male dog. I spent 4 hours on Amazon trying to find 'the right fit' for our poodle, and decided 'fit' over 'ease of putting on' was more important. I'm glad I went that route. I was concerned about the ease of getting our 13-year-old poodle into his very first jacket, as there was not mention in the reviews of if this was 'easy' to get on. I'd say the first 2-3 days were slightly challenging -- our poodle was startled by the 4 snaps having a loud snapping sound; and it took this Owner a few tries to figure out a 'best way' to put on the jacket -- but by day 3 we had our rhythm and Murphy now stands in place, shaking with excitement while I put on his jacket, in anticipation of his 3 daily walks. For me, the easiest way to put on the jacket is to kneel on both knees, face Murphy away from me, slide his front legs through the holes, and then snap from top to bottom. the first 2-3 days I had to wedge him in between my knees to keep him from bolting while I snapped the snaps. Now it's no big deal. I use a regular leash and do not use slit in the jacket. We also have the collar turned up for added protection in our Northwest weather -- the collar and leash do not get in the way of each other. The jacket wears well - I haven't washed it yet as any dirt or grime just wipes off -- but once I do, I'll probably use a water-resistant spray on the outside, to keep this feature of the fabric working well. Aside from function, the jacket looks nice too! Murphy always gets 'look at the cute puppy!' comments when we go walking in his new jacket, which makes this 13-year-old pooch step a little brighter over the attention.

PERFECT!!
Warms my little yorkie up & is easy to take on and off with snap buttons. Made in a way so the dog doesn’t pee on it! Now my dog doesn’t shiver & he looks adorable!!

Weird sizes
I got two different colors in this for my corgis, but the sizing on these things is really weird, so I got an XL (had to return) and an XXL because the sizing was hard to tell. I have two tri-color pembroke welsh corgis which are smaller than the typical faun corgi most people are used to seeing (Queen Elizabeth’s dog color), and the XXL barely fits their chest pretty snugly, but will cover them from their neck to the base of their tails. Most corgis are basically tube shaped so you’d think these would fit, but I had to take in the stomach/waist by a total of 6 inches (3 inches each side overlapping) and sew it with velcro strips for both of them. For the standard size corgi which are larger (which my mom has), the XXL fits the body but is WAY too tight in the chest and doesn’t close at all. Seriously, what kind of dogs are these things made for, a really fat greyhound? I know corgis aren’t much more deep chested than other dogs, but if you wanted to be warm to fit in a jacket, would you want to cover your whole torso or just have 2 sleeves with maybe the upper part of your back covered? I kept them for the length more than anything since I couldn’t find anything else close to that thickness I was looking for, but the fact that I had to make alterations to it (and so much material removed at that) caused some star loss. Sweaters don’t cut it for snowy conditions or freezing temps, and no one wants a jacket that scoops snow or let’s cold air in. If you don’t mind possibly making alterations to fit your dog this is a good choice in terms of material thickness and warmth, otherwise, I’d look somewhere else.

Dog loves
Our dog loves it so much he growls if he things we are going to take it off. He is a medium dog, and fit snug on him. Keeps him warm after his very short haircut. Little stretchy, cause we scratch his back as he wears it. Color comes just as shown. Soft but not fluffy. Has been lasting well for over a month and it is not close enough for him to ever get pee on. Haven't tried to wash yet.
