Ranunculus Rainbow Mix - Persian Buttercup Bulbs (Not Seeds) -10 Bulbs

The cumes arrived! The florist / farmer who sells these must have know what they were doing bc moving the bulb to soon can kill it.I was a bit disheartened by a slower ship time however, when I read up on when the “bulbs” we’re supposed to be harvested I realized that there are only certain times during the year they are supposed to be harvested.I also wasn’t aware that the cumes would be coming from Shanghai China... interesting. There is contact information if need be in the package.The Care instructions are generic but it’s not hard to find more info on the soaking and planting. I’m excited to have these 10 new additions to the garden.

Bulbs looked bad when I opened the package, I planted them anyways. I waited too long to file a claim that handpickednursery had a 30 day guarantee, it was 35 days and still no growth.

I read the reviews when purchasing these so I knew that when they came they would look dried and kind of gross. I soaked them in water with an aerator for 24 hours and they plumped up. Planted them all in the ground and every single one has come up so far. There wasn’t any instructions that came with it... there was a link to a website and that website never provided any planting information. I got what I needed from reading the reviews though.

I received 13 roots in my package, I planted them all and only 7 sprouted :/ I will admit I’m not the best gardener and this was my first time trying to plant these so it might have been something I did lol I will try again next season

I have a small garden plot in Oregon. I grow a variety of flowers every year and have success with zinnias, dahlias, and many others.I carefully followed directions on these as I have always liked them. Not one of them actually grew. I have no idea what was wrong, just that the packet shipped to me was all bad.I would avoid this seller for this flower type. YMMV.

I'm a very experienced gardener. I started these indoors under grow lights and got good initial growth. I hardened them off in the spring and planted them outdoors in great conditions. Some grew a little, some died off, none produced flowers.

They all came up which I have never had before. I always seem to lose 3-4 or more.I will definitely buy some more next spring.

This product came in a non-descriptive clear envelope. No directions were enclosed. Small little buds, not bulbs were what I got. Not happy with this product.
