I purchased this wig for a 20s themed birthday party I attended. At this price point I was expecting (and would have been satisfied with) a cheap Party City type wig. When it arrived I was surprised and pleased by the texture and quality. It's definitely a "dress up wig", mind you, not a wear it every day quality wig, but it looked and felt pretty doggone good. Obviously it's nylon, but the texture was silky. It was adjustable and even came with a mesh hair cap. It had some hard bumps in the underside of the wig, but I wonder if those would be filled out by most people (I'm petite and my head is as well, so maybe I just wasn't big enough?) Either way it didn't affect the look that much and I had several compliments on it. One woman, who had never met me, commented that she thought it was my real hair! The color is a darker brown than it looks on my phone; it was a rich very dark brown. Definitely worth the price I paid!

Bought the wig for a Velma costume for Halloween and was decently surprised by the style, length and the quality of wig. I had quite a few people ask me if it actually was my real hair! Granted it was at a bar and most people were drunk while asking me this. The wig is super simple, didn't tangle easily and held up the entire night. As a cosplayer, the wig cap it came with is one of my favorite types and it's easy to put your real hair back into the netting of the wig cap so that's also a big plus.My only con with the wig was it shed like something fierce and my friend spent most of the night pulling stray brown hairs off my orange turtleneck. Other than that, fantastic wig for a really great price!

I was looking for a short wig with a simple. I choose this wig, the color looks so natural and the cut is simple but chic. I was very excited when it arrived. The feel of the hair was smooth and thick. This is a cap wig. There is a lace like netting under the hair, so it was very easy to place it on my head. My head is shaved so I couldn't use combs to anchor it down, however with the shaved head it made it easier for it to fit snugg to my head. When I tried it on the bangs were too long for my forehead and I did not like the way I looked with this style of cut. The product is made very well the hair is beautiful. With this piece you need to have a hair line that is back further on your forehead. If you feel comfortable about cutting the bangs to fit your forehead, that would probably be the only concern you would have. I highly recommend this product. Great qualit!,

I don’t have a lot of experience in cosplay but when I needed a wig for a party theme I went with this one. I have a fairly large head but this wig fit me on the largest setting without adjustment. The hair is full and there is no view of my scalp through the wig. The hair is soft and hangs in place with just a shake of my head. I haven’t combed this wig once and yet it just hangs there in a perfect shape. The dark brown color is rich and works well for a man; probably for a woman too. The hair wraps around the face in an attractive style, touching just under the chin. The wig comes with an excellent hair cap that makes fitting the wig especially easy. At the price on Amazon, this seems to me to be an excellent value for your future party, or if you just want to pretend to be a person you are not!

This product is a rich, reddish dark brown. If you are cosplaying as Velma and would like a shade closer to the animated version, you may want to look at a lighter shade. The cut is spot on with the character.The hair is soft textured, is glued at the top center and sewn at the sides. After I tried this on the first time, I noticed lots of fallout. There is a clip band in the back that provides support. Expect it to be a little snug. Product comes with a wig cap which is a great touch and value. Pictures of the shade with flash and in fluorescent room lighting included.

I bought this wig to be Dora the Explorer for Halloween. I was very skeptical at first, because I didn't think that it would be a very good quality wig. I was so wrong. This wig is WONDERFUL. Most wigs I've bought look so ratty and turn into tangled bushes in a couple of hours, and I've always had to throw them away after two or three uses. This wig has lasted me all throughout multiple nights of sweaty dancing and running around for all the Halloween events I've attended. It's very easy to brush out, and the quality is amazing. After brushing it out, it looks good as new, like I just bought it. Halloween is coming up again soon this year, and I am planning on using this wig again to be Dora again. The wig still looks amazing. I highly recommend this wig!

this wig is so soft! i bought it for a velma kelly (chicago) cosplay/halloween costume and i’m in love with it! for only $13.99, it’s a very high quality wig. my only problem is that hairs fall out very easily, but that’s to be expected for a cheaper wig. it holds its shape, does not get tangled, and provides a good fit. it even comes with its own wig cap!

I wasn't too sure if I should buy this. They say it is a costume. Forget about the open ended mesh "cap": you don't need it. The wig has elastic bands you attach to each other, and it keeps this most beautiful wig on without fear of it moving. It is a bit bufgandy brown. However, once put it on, you look absolutely marvelous, dahling, Seriously. I cut the bangs so O could see. Then O surprised my mom. I thought she would be cranky. She acted like I had l just put on the perfect wedding dress. It is WELL worth the little money.
