I was looking for a cover mostly for the purpose of rain coverage - I used that criteria in the search. My bad for not noticing in the description/reviews that it is not waterproof - though I see one review calling it waterproof. It's not. The adhesive on the back of the velcro attachments is very sticky...make sure you get it exactly where you want it the first time. I was unable to adjust it was on. On the first wearing the material right at the toe started to come apart. I wore it for most of the day while walking outside, but I don't recall scuffing the toe on anything. It would be better if the material at the toe was more durable. On the fourth wearing I noticed that the zipper at the back wasn't staying closed to the top. I have gotten compliments on the look of the cover though, so there is that. I'm only supposed to be in the boot for two weeks. If it were longer, I'd probably look for an alternative cover.

The back seam below zipper opened up the very first time I used it. It seems the Velcro fastener is stronger than the stitching. Use care when unfastening the Velcro tab by the heel; if done carefully you can probably get away with it.For some reason I thought it was waterproof or at least water resistant, but upon re-reading the description neither was claimed. Good thing. It offers zero protection from water or even dampness.The material is a thin piece of spandex and does a nice job of keeping grass, pebbles and such from getting in the open front of the boot.

I love this cover!it does wear a bit. the Velcro at the back of the boot is very strong and with pull g it on and off, it has begun to pull at the stitching on the seam. the part that covers the toe goes under the boot and if you are walking in this boot, the cover will wear a bit. over all I've gotten tons of compliments and even my podiatrist asked where I got it. I ordered the blue and white for a trip to FL. best looking boot around!!

Nice quality and thought but it’s not for all medical boots. It’s entirely to big and baggy.

Great product. Keeps pet fur and everyday life from invading my boot. I throw mine in the washer no problem. I hang dry. Love it.
