Very happy with this item, embroidery looks good. Bought for my grandson and he wears it all the time.

Ordered the 10-12 year robe for my 9.5 year old and it fits him well so definitely recommend sizing up. Personalisation a lovely touch for a Christmas gift too. Needs washing before wear however as he was covered in blue fluff the first couple of times he wore it!

Beautiful pink robe and a 5* service throughout. An issue with delivery (not the fault of the seller) was quickly resolved with great communication from start to finish. A really fantastic service with a wonderful product received. Recommend without hesitation

Nice robe. Good size. Embroidered name lovely. Only small problem ive noticed is that the threads from towelling pull really easily. If I brush daughters hair while wearing it from bath. If your child has long hair like mine I would recommend putting towel around shoulders before putting hair brush anywhere near it. Otherwise very pleased, so was my daughter. (aged 6)

The dressing gown arrived with several marks on it that looked like make-up. Also spots of pink in the fabric, it was also covered in blue fluff. I was advised to pick the fluff off and wash it - it was meant to be a Christmas present! Really unhelpful customer service. After washing dressing gown the make up marks have gone but still pink imbedded in the fabric, seller has asked for more photos to show the supplier. The fact the item was dirty when it arrived should have been a good enough reason to return but to be told to wash it is just a pain and now more photos need sending. Would never buy from this seller again. Been a complete farce.

Picked up a couple of robes for my kids - really lovely stitching on the names and can't wait to see their faces! Came really quickly, considering it had to be custom embroidered. Just over the moon for the cost.

Bought for my 8 year old son as he had outgrown the one I had previously bought on ebay, it arrived quickly but was much thinner than the previous bathrobe still works as a bathrobe but not nice enough to give someone as a gift
