Excellent product
Great quality, decent price point, works like a charm. Quite stable and also light weight making it a handy tool for reaching up to lofts, cleaning fans, etc.

Broken
Nilkamal is an established brand. It’s not possible that their products are of poor quality. But because this step stool was not wrapped properly it arrived broken I’m guessing. This happened twice, even the replacement was damaged. The person who is wrapping these products is doing a shoddy job.

It could have been more sturdy
The stool is ok for the price not very sturdy. It has got written on it that it can bear upto 100 kg weight but don’t think so it’s that sturdy. Also you need to be very careful while stepping on it as it has slippery surface like chairs have. You can use this as a sitting stool . It’s very comfortable for that purpose.
