I bought this lap pad for my autistic son to use at school. My son loves it, especially its soft texture. However, the teacher says it is a "little bulky" for him to use in school. Overall, I am happy with this purchase and would buy it again.

The blanket is heavy, soft and very comfortable.

I should have read the description more closely. Thus is maybe a lap size for a small child, but definitely not for an adult. The Minky back does make it soft, but doesn't justify the cost! It is now a very expensive cat bed. (They love it! In fact they almost fight over it)
