I had an e-book version of this. So I knew what was in there already. I purchased it so that I can refer multiple pages at once which I can't do in an e-book.Anyway, this is a great book. Use your common sense and follow it to the T. You'll really become big in a very small period of time.

Most content is repeatutive, about 3 or 4 central themes, without adding much value.The other book by the same author about basic barbell exercises is better.
