I love coffee but since menopause I had to switch to decaf. I bought this because I didn't feel good about the chemicals used to decaffeinate coffee. This coffee is so smooth and clean tasting I will definitely buy it again.

On our half caff journey the last 2 years we have tried dozens of coffees, from small crafters to store brands.This one finally (!) meets all our criteria.Rich, multilayered taste ; beautiful aroma; smooth ‘mouth feel’; even the color is great; and it is not expensive. I will note that I am not even using the 2 tablespoons that direction calls for - just 11/2.Now have the 5 lb bag on subscription !

I had high hopes for this coffee and was hoping to give it 5 stars. It didn't quite make it, but it's still a strong option so I'm giong with 4 and will adjust later if needed.I read the reviews on multiple coffees on Amazon before choosing it and hoped this would be "the one" that combined the things I wanted: a flavored coffee without artificial taste and the organic beans (to reduce pesticide ingestion) all for a reasonable price. With that in mind, it technically fits the bill. When I got it, I couldn't wait to open it. When I did, the smell did not beckon me as I'd hoped, but I decided to start brewing and see what happens. I suspect part of it is that I got the ground kind instead of whole beans. The grinding seems a bit fine, but works well enough in my coffee maker. The smell of it brewing wasn't all that impressive either. I did not get big Vanilla or Cinnamon flavors. But I'm actually good with that, because I figure it's better for it to be subtle than overwhelming or fake. And this coffee isn't fake. It has a smell I can only describe as "good quality"...like when you're in a fine coffee house. And the taste, though again more subtle than I expected from a Vanilla Cinnamon Holiday Spice claim, is very smooth. I feel like I could add flavors, like my organic cinnamon, and not feel as though the flavor combination was too much. So that's actually good. And there is NO hint of artificial flavor, which I love. And it's obviously a good quality. I put in half my usual amount of cream and it was still surprisingly drinkable. Whether it's the quality or low acid, it works for me since I can't handle harsh or bitter coffees. The only thing I am unsure about is what's going on with the aftertaste. There is something there that I cannot describe as of yet. It's not exactly bitter, but it's different than I'm used to and coats the tongue slightly, so I'm not sure what to make of it. Is this normal? Is it bad or good? I don't know. But the fact that this is an organic coffee with a pleasant taste for a very good price and is quite drinkable means I'm going to keep with it for awhile. Perhaps I should try another flavor next time. We'll see.

Wow! This coffee is so perfect. I have finally found an organic coffee that has flavor, taste, smell and perfection in every sip. When i first got my order, i was hoping I did not make a mistake by purchasing two bags of vanilla whole bean. I read a lot of the reviews, but still i was praying for a great coffee. There are not many companies that have organic coffee must less flavored. I love vanilla so adding it to coffee is the perfect match. Well i have to say I was not disappointed, in fact quite surprised….. So surprised that i bought four different kinds. Thank you so much for making the perfect organic flavored coffee ever!! I am no longer looking for the perfect coffee. I finally found it!

Lousy taste no matter what I did with it compared to a different brand which is absolutely delicious. This was a very expensive waste of money!I believe customer satisfaction should be a policy and saw a bunch of negative reviews after-the-fact with everybody agreeing with me that it shouldn’t be non-returnable if it really is lousy. No pumpkin spice flavor in mine, but highly chemical and barely any coffee flavor to it at all.Look for decaf coffee beans Peru and you will find a much better brand with a good deal for three bags… A lot better priced and delicious.

I appreciate that this is fair- trade, organic coffee. BUT... I taste absolutely no vanilla flavor whatsoever, not even a hint! It makes me wonder if perhaps the package was mislabeled!

I don't even drink that much coffee and I had 4 cups of this. The flavor is delicious and I had no headache the next day. It's nice that some companies still use the water process for decafinating.

I am pleased with the taste of this coffee, but I thought I was getting whole beans and it was ground. Also, it arrived on my porch without any additional packaging and the shipping label covering the resealable opening, so I ended up cutting the package open with scissors, and not able to seal it shut, except with a clip. Not a huge deal breaker, but dumb and unhygienic.

Wow! As others have said this is strong without the bitterness truly delicious. Highly recommend and in fact I want to try all the flavours now! Note though it is Christmas blend it's not overly so - meaning I would happily drink this all year.

This is a second re-order..need I say more? Specialty coffee for those who do not like the bitter taste. Has nice spice taste and aroma.

Very convenient having the 50/50 caffeine. Don’t have to measure out decaf and caffeinated separately into my coffee pot. It’s great tasting too!

I would rather have ordered a dark roast.

Great tasting coffee, vanilla flavour not too strong but definitely enough.
