I've been struggling for a long time with pain below my knee (from exercise) and pain deep underneath my shoulder blades (likely from being at a desk all day, I'd assume), and nothing ever seems to knock it out. Massage, heat, cold, etc. would work for a bit, but it would revert pretty quickly. This device has finally made a noticeable difference. It's easy to assemble and position, simple to find the right settings, and provides near immediate relief for the pain I feel. I love that it's small and battery operated; I'm going to be taking this on every trip to help with pain from being in a cramped airplane. Great price and great quality.

This TINS unit is small but mighty! So easy to use with presets for different areas. I have purchased this unit for several friends and the response was overwhelming positive for this unit. I highly recommend this unit!

The significant delay in receiving the item aside, this TENs is disappointing. It is nicely built, the buttons and dials and positive and the plastic feels nice.However, the programs and lack of adjustments are a problem. The programs are not just presets, they cycle through different patterns. These patterns aren't explained anywhere in the manual or on screen. Some take you by surprise as the feel of certain programs goes from gentle to intense. If you set the levels in the gentle phase you might have to adjust quickly as the programs continue.There are no manual modes where the pulse width and interval can be set.I couldn't get it to act like an EMS either. The EMS setting just feel like more TENs settings, as do the Massage.It may be fine for some but I don't really use it, I have another with simpler full adjustments that I prefer. It's a shame because the signal quality, power and physical components are fine.
