The design is very nice but not a metallic gold iron on decal as I was expecting. The design is like a yellow and white fabric print that gives the illusion of gold. Was disappointed but kept the pillow anyway because I love the design. Just wished it was real metallic gold.

Cute! Cute! I thought the gold would be metallic..they are a cotton sheet material.. but once i stuffed them.. they are sooooo cute..

The Fabric is a faded black and the print is not gold but a shaded yellow which creates the illusion of gold...not impressed!

The “gold / yellow” on the V cover looks as if it had been discolored stained or inconsistently dyed not smooth not nice very bad aspect would not recommend wont put it anywhere will just throw away :(

As some other reviewers have mentioned the print on the pillow case is NOT gold/metallic. I am happy with the color it is a Rustic lighter gold mixed with a rusty yellow. Even better! The Gold or metallic color on this pillow case, in my opinion. I think would make this pillow look cheap. However it is just as described in the description. It’s perfect even better then what I thought it would be. My main reason when buying is because our sons name starts with “P” and it has become his nick name. We have always incorporated the crown over his initial because his name is Princeton. I ordered it thinking it would be a gold or shinny metallic. However I am very happy with this order because it looks more expensive and personalized in person! It is lightly ruff, yet still soft. Still great no complaints and I will more then likely be purchasing more! Comfortable I got the combo suggested with the pillow stuffer and it’s a perfect fit. Plenty of fluff perfect accent pillow.

I bought this last minute to add a touch of black and gold to my teenage son's bedroom. He now lives in Canada with his dad and was visiting for Christmas and likes a red, black and gold color scheme.It was his first time seeing my new house and wanted to make his room homey and could only find a black and red comforter, so added this a well for the gold, he liked that.I overlooked the fact that it was ONLY a cover, although that is clearly stated, but it was very easy to find a cheap 14" throw pillow at Walmart.I didn't wash and dry it before use, but that may be beneficial as it is a tiny bit loose.It appears to be sturdy material, with a slight silky texture.Overall it suited my purpose and am very pleased with the product.

These are well made, the print quality is absolutely nice. Just get it!
