cleaning my former pendant my hand broke through the glass which I didn’t know was so fragile. Since they are now discontinued, my quest for replacements began in earnest. Of course I initially felt inclined to go with the conservative/contemporary design but then I fell in love with these two whimsical Minkeys (Inspector Clouseau / PinkPanther films starring Peter Sellers fans will likely understand the intended misspelling). The RN DNA G125 dimmable smoke bulbs I purchased from Harwcz have made me and my Minkeys extremely thrilled. They are exquisite a unique focal point, smile inducers and a contemporary design element and not childish or adolescent looking in the least bit. I’m a licensed designer and the value of a home is lighting can’t be overstated. That said the fixtures sans the Harwez bulbs give a completely different look. In my search for replacement pendants I tried 15 different styles and they were lovely, but I wanted something different. Then came Minkeys and my search for the perfect light source began. I tried only 10 different styles and while much better than the traditional LED bulb, no other came close to exceeding my desired look. Harwez has many different styles from which to choose. The packaging was exceptionally well done and faster than a speeding Minkey. In fact I just ordered several additional styles for other light fixtures. Based on everything stated above, I strongly recommend choosing Harwez. You’ll likely fall in love with a specific bulb style and then shop for a fixture to complement the bulb. Honestly, I never thought I’d ever make that statement relative to interior design. However I’m sincere and urge you to take some time and consider this inexpensive update to your home. Lighting is imperative for a home and relatively inexpensive. Apologies for the long review (of which I seldom post..bad on me) but I’m sincere and positively thrilled with this product. Take care. Stunning. Has a great mad scientist vibe. Dimming works well with a rheostat dimmer. Only wish it came in a 12v version so that I could use it with a touch dimmer.

So, I was an early adopter of LED bulbs and have spent a fortune trying different ones. What's been missing is a good replacement for an attractive, visible, filament bulb. Like the classic Edison. I've been thru a lot of the new "filament" bulbs. And for the most part, they are decent. When ON. When off, the bright yellow filaments are hideous, and the dimming range is very, very, constrained, and color is all over the map. This company has take a different approach. The "filaments" are etched into clear plastic cylinder with mature, reliable LED technology lighting it from underneath. I really like this approach! They look great when they are off! A hugely important thing when in an exposed fixture. And when they are on, you have the same excellent dimming range & color stability of more mature LED lighting tech. These work as well as Philips. Frankly I'm surprised the factory copy machine hasn't already knocked them off a zillion times. It looks like all models currently share the same etched core, but hopeful they'll succeed and do some different patterns. We're getting to the point where LED bulbs shouldn't have to be restricted to imitating old technology. These are so cool. They look like the pictures. They are clearly a helix shape when lit up. They are a bit big, so make sure to measure the bulb relative to your fixture.

Excellent design and very easy on the eye at full brightness. It is functional for room light, if you’re looking for a moody glow. Very good quality and design as a pendant bulb.

Love this bulb. It is a large bulb and is very dim but that is what we were looking for. We have additional lighting in our house so this was mostly for a mood light in our chandelier over our dinner table. The bulb is nice to look at on and off. It was easy to install, it’s a standard base which worked perfectly in our fixture. Recommend for anyone looking for a dimmer/moody light.

We recently renovated our kitchen and needed to make a decision about our old Sputnik chandelier. I held off from buying something new because I thought it was such a beautiful piece from our original kitchen that I wanted to keep. After doing some style research I saw other chandeliers using the globe style instead of the Edison. What a game changer! My husband wanted me to go with a cheaper option but I knew this was the finishing touch - and what a beautiful, bold, retro modern touch it was! I’m absolutely in love with these light bulbs and they are worth every penny. The light they produce is just relaxing which put me in a great mood for cooking and eating. FIVE STARS. Buy this if you have taste, anything else won’t have that same pizzazz.
