The product itself was great. Just as described however, I’m not able to get support. I’ve reached out to Duravennt several times and no reply. The amount of money I will spend on parts to install my stove pipe is significant and product support is not there. You have helped me before with other projects and I hope you’ll come through again? Works Great

Installed on a wood furnace where the clearance to combustibles was an issue. DVL Double-Wall stove pipe reduces the clearance to 6 inches for a safer installation. One negative with this pipe is it can't be cut and has to be used with other Duravent DVL stove pipe, but Duravent makes adjustable DVL pipe to help make distance adjustments easier. As other reviews have stated, one of the biggest issues with Duravent is the factory packaging they use for this DVL pipe; a thin cardboard box that doesn't protect the product during shipping. First one I ordered arrived with minor box damage, but the pipe was heavily damaged at both ends and dented on the sides. Returned it and reordered, picking a different sold by, shipped by option that offered faster free shipping by FedEx instead of UPS. Arrived 24 hours later instead of the 2 weeks the first one had taken, but still had a small dent near one end with no visible damage to the box. Hopefully, due to the low price compared to some online vendors, these aren't 'new' factory seconds as other reviews have speculated. Decided to keep this one because, based on other reviews, I don't believe returning and ordering a third would result in any better results. Overall a good product, but needs better packaging and handling for mail order.

I purchased these items and they came slightly smaller than the original size, they didn't fit in my wood stove. I ordered two of them and I opened one to check k it and it didn't fit. Of course I didn't even opened second one. Right away when they came I tried it and I returned them in original packaging, boxes and even I put back the plastic bag. When I returned the seller told me that they are used, I couldn't even put them in because they did not even fir, one of them was not moved out from the box. They charged me $35 by lieing. They keep saying refund policy of Amazon as there is damage on them. Horrible customer service and not a regular size pipes.

Good quality pipe. It’s been doing its job very well for reverse months now. I’ve accidentally bumped into it while in the attic and wasn’t immediately burned.
