Okay, here's the thing. I lose my phone (a lot). If I'm not sitting it down in the store, I'm losing it at the worst.possible.times! Seriously, losing your phone at the beach SUCKS. I purchased this lanyard for my S8+ and since I have an O-ring on the back of my case, I just clip the lanyard to it - works like a charm! My ONE GRIPE is that the lanyard is sewn together incorrectly. I knocked off a star for that. The neck strap is twisted and can NOT be straightened out because it was sewn together that way. It drives me insane! I plan to cut the lanyard and sew it back together the way it is supposed to be because I hate the twist in it. For $7, it's a great accessory to have on vacation and it's held up for the last few months so that says something about the durability of the clip, but I'm not thrilled with having to repair the lanyard myself do to an error on the manufacturer's part.

I put the tether sticker thing on my phone and put the case I use on top. The Strap that comes with it is very long and I was ale to use it as a belt allowing my phone to clip to it and stay in my pocket. The clip was sturdy and the 'sticker' part very sticky. It last my whole trip with heavy use (taking the clip off and on several times) and is still going strong.

Bought Dec. 2019-the loop failed Feb 2020. My phone fell to the floor. Thankfully my case protected it, but the case did crack. On close inspection the loop is not stitched it is fused. The adhesive was difficult to remove from my case.

Purchased in April for my 8 yr old who is very forgetful of her phone. Daily use. Didn’t last but 2 months and her phone mostly spend in her bag. Disappointed. Seemed like such a good idea.

Use this to keep my phone from taking a deep dive while doing rope access. Simple and secure. Great idea. I just tuck it back in the case when I am not using it.

Works exactly how I need. It only KIND OF gets in the way of the charger hole, but not much. Installed inside my case. It's sturdy, i'm pretty hard on it at work.

This would have been great if it had lasted longer. Barely a month old and it broke.

It's a good idea because it doesn't interfere with the buttons but I don't like that the loop is just sticking out and the lanyard is itchy.
