Creole Mustard, 12 oz

This is the classic mustard from New Orleans. My husband, a multigenerational New Orleanian, swore by it. It is smooth and not spicy. It enhances any sandwich or dish.

Zatarain Creole Mustard is alive with taste. So good, you just might clear out your refrigerator to make room for Zatarain's dazzling, lingering taste.

Wow, so yummy! More spice than Gulden's Brown or similar. Great for pork chops, and also on seafood. Tossed some shrimp in this and it was so good. Glad I can get this for when I want it!

It's my go-to mustard from everything from sandwiches to the main ingredient in salad dressings. The "ideas" suggestions mentioned "Spice Level" as something that might be good in a review. If you're expecting this mustard to be hot, you'll be disappointed. It's just a very flavorful all-around mustard. If you haven't guessed, I love it!

It tastes good it reminds me of stone ground mustard

This mustard tastes great and I have tried various types of mustards. It is an excellent condiment and can be used to add a unique flavor to foods when cooking. I spent a great deal of time in New Orleans growing up and my aunt who lived there was a wonderful chef. She used this type of mustard. It is not overly spicy or salty and a great value for the money.

My new go to mustard. Delicious and perfectly spiced.
