Good stuff takes about month to mo and half to work. Must be consistent. My dog left hair all over the place. Used this and bingo no hair shed. Buy it! It works!

Got this in hopes that it would help my Great Pyrenees/mastiff mix and his awful shedding. Like other people have commented there is no cure for a Pyrenees shedding ! But it has cut it down drastically. Instead of sweeping twice a day I can actually just sweep every couple days . He is also much softer and nicer to pet ! I decided to give it to my Cavapoos as well , they don’t shed but it has made them so soft and the matting issues they had are gone . It did probably take about three months of consistent use to see any major improvement but it’s been worth it to me .

So far so good. Be using it for 2 weeks not much changed so far.

Definitely noticed drop in shedding and softer smoother hair.. My dog is also really picky on her food and she really loved it.

I subscribed for delivery of this product back in Summer 2017. The pricing at that time would range from $5-$10. However, in July/August 2022, the prices raised to almost twice as much, so I cancelled my subscription. Since then, I tried 2 other brands for dogs of similar pricing in the $20s before I took a different approach. Every dog is different. My dog's skin was really dry and hair was falling out to the point that managing meant bathing 1-2 times a week. I changed his diet to human-grade ingredients that I then prepared into meals myself. It did help, but I knew he still needed oils. I did some reading and watched some vets' advice online. I realized the issue was not all oils are created equal as far as their sources (i.e., which plant or which animal) and how they are processed. I began buying separate types of oils (human-grade) and increased the dosing above the typical recommendations. My dog's skin & coat are much better now and it will take some more time to get back to what it was before. Point is this product blends 4 oils (2 of which are fish oils) along with other vitamins and minerals. You can't tell what the percent composition of each ingredient, what additional processing that had to happen in order to mix well, and because it is all mixed together you can't tell which ingredients help or harm you dog (if any of them even do harm). Giving my dog oils of multiple types is more expensive all together (obviously because the dosing is higher than label recommendations and I choose human-grade products that were processed for optimal health benefits), but each individual oil of the same volume is about half the cost of this product. Plus, I have a lot more control of what my dog is consuming. If you really don't have the time to research or put the effort into it, then buying & using this product is an okay alternative.

About a year ago, when I brought my lab/mastiff mix home as a puppy, she shed like crazy. Everyone kept saying "oh, it's just her puppy coat, she will grow out of it"....well it took me about 8 months and a summer to realize, that I would go crazy vacuuming twice a day for the rest of her life. The thought had even occurred to me to make her an "outside" dog, but I didn't get a dog to not have her included in my family, and I had thought about shaving her lol....wouldn't really want to do that either....but I knew we couldn't continue with all that hair!!! Brushing everyday didn't seem to help. Tons came out in the brush but just as much was on my floor as before..... I started searching the internet........ I found all of these reviews for different products and read a TON of them. This product looked like it had more reviews saying that the product actually worked, so I decided to try it. Taste wasn't an issue, my dog eats anything, but it is very oily. It has fish and sardine oils so of course it is oily. I am guessing a pill form wouldn't work as well? At any rate, after 3-4 weeks I noticed a difference. It reduced her shedding by maybe 50%, which was still a blessing....then after a couple of months I noticed a little more improvement. I could vaccuum once every other day. (you have to understand that I vaccuum ALOT anyway) Then as we were going through winter, I ran out and thought that now since she was over a year old and wasn't shedding as much....maybe just maybe it was her puppy coat and now it wouldn't be bad, so I did not order more....boy was I in for a shock! It took her about 2 weeks and she was in full shed mode again.....hair would fly off of her if you just petted her. I kept telling my family that we couldn't pet her in the house, we had to brush her... how crazy is that?! I immediately ordered more and she has been on it for a month AGAIN and I see improvement. Hope they don't stop making this stuff!!! I also wanted to point out that her coat and skin are gorgeous! I feed her a high quality food and just wanted to say that even though she should be getting everything nutritionally that she needs, this stuff is just that little extra supplement that actually does what it says.

My girl is an 85lb pit/lab mix that believes her goal in life is to shed 24/7/365. That being said, we’ve gone through many trials and fails searching for a supplement that would at least help a little since rescuing her almost 3 years ago. As for the flavor: I can report she absolutely loved the taste of this product mixed in with her food and would even lick the bowl clean. As for the effect: After using as directed for 2.5 weeks I did NOT see any difference in shedding at all. Disclaimer: This product was only used for 2.5 weeks due to my girl experiencing extreme diarrhea with occasional vomiting. And when I say “extreme”, I’m referring to EXTREME EXPLOSIVE diarrhea that she couldn’t always control. The first few days using this product, she was completely fine. Starting around maybe day 4 is when the explosions began along with a little vomiting here and there. At first I thought it was my leftover Chinese food that my boyfriend snuck her behind my back. He didn’t realize my dish was spicy and let her polish off about half of my meal. Naturally my girl’s symptoms made sense at the time, so I switched out her regular dog food with rice and plain chicken and continued adding this supplement to her food. After 2 days on the new diet, her vomiting stopped, but she was still having diarrhea- just not explosive anymore, so I stopped the chicken, increased the rice a little and decreased the supplement a tad. After a few more days on this diet and no improvement it finally dawned on me that maybe it was the supplement. I immediately stopped use and within 24 hours her diarrhea started changing to loose stool, then soft stool the next day and back to her normal dinosaur solid craps 2 days later. She has never had any reactions to prior supplements we’ve tried for shedding in the past, so it didn’t cross my mind that she was having a bad reaction to this one, and the timing of the forbidden spicy Chinese food consumption made sense at the time. I just feel awful that I put her through that for so long by continuing use.

Significantly reduced shedding in my Pyrenees/Bernese by at least 50%. Been using it every day for 3 months now. Her coat is also thick soft and silky. She isn’t a huge fan of the taste but will eventually finish her food.

I bought this to help with shedding and it really does work. Plus my dogs coat is just beautiful! Soft and irridescent!
