I bought it for my mom and WE ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT, even my dad loves it. I put a couple of plastic puppet eyes to make it look funny, and it's just almost another member of the family LOL Yes, it does make a little noise, but is not bad.. It also helps me to know when it's done in one room to move it to the other... I clean the vacum deposit between room and room but that's mainly because where we live it accumulates a lot of dust. Careful with the courtains, and the cables, as it says in the instructions, cause it can get stuck. It doesn't fall from the stairs, it vacumes awesomely lol... Just gotta clean a little the hair that gets stuck around the sweeping tools, but it's no big deal. I put it in the morning, and charge it in the afternoon to have it ready the next day. It does spend like 3 to 5 hours charging... Maybe a little less... But it cleans for about 2 hours or 2 and a half. It leaves the floor very clean. We are 5 in my family, and specially during Quarantine, the floor gets dirty very fast. We had to clean every day.. Sweep, mop... With this now we just clean sweeping and mopping once a week, and the rest of the week we use it to keep everything clean. In general, and for this price we are incredibly happy to be honest.. We love it. We even named it "moffy". It's such a fun cleaner for a 5 party family... Our 2 dogs also love it cause now we let them be inside the house more times. Totally worth it. 3 weeks now and counting. No problems so far. It beeps loudly to let you know when it's running out of battery. If for some reason stops, you turn it on and it turns off after a try, just clean the vacum deposit, as it is programmed not to run overloaded, probably to avoid overheating or something. Clean it and it'll be good to go. Don't know about rugs, because we don't have any, but does a great job in hard floors! SO HAPPY! WE LOVE OUR MOFFY

Problem with "dirt basket" unresolved with seller. Little plastic flap comes off pegs during operation and allows dirt falls out below. My only response was to reinstall which I do every time I use unit and flap continues to come off peg. I told the seller I did and have had no communication since. The plus is it does a good job of picking up "dust bunnies"

Crazy loud and crappy job. It won’t even go over a rug so you have to have bare floors to even use it. Aside from that it doesn’t even do a good job picking up. Total crap

Overall I love it. It picks up very well. It is easy to clean. It simply helps a small fraction of my life with a 4 year old. I love that she can take it and let it run around in her room while she cleans up. I recommend if you have hard wood floors to put the mop pad on it dry and let it "swiffer" the floor for dust. Now for the bad. It only turns to the right. It pulls to the right. It gets stuck on area rugs and under certain pieces of furniture. It doesn't do well with cat litter. I also have to take the sweeper brushes off frequently and remove hair from them.

Very slow would not recommend buying

I have 4 dogs in my house, large med and small, 1500 sq ft of hardwood and tile. run it every morning. keeps dog hair to a minimum and cuts way down on my housework. of course it can't do it all but was pleasantly surprised at the results

It only works on hard floors not carpet
