Great product for a decent price. Other brands are much more expensive with not as much polypodium as this one.I bought polypodium for the first time as a recommendation from my dermatologist whom I really trust. Now I take these every time I know I'll be out in the sun for a longer period of time.I recommend.

I liked that the Vitamin D will help me prevent getting melanoma. I used the vitamins to stay healthy from the sun's UV rays and it will also help me avoid skin cancer.

I feel healthier and protected when I take these vitamins.

My skins seems to look better...not any drastic changes but taking this with other skin products I apply topically, made my skin look a lot more even and not as blotchy as before, where I would dread going outside without any makeup.

I came across a post that recommended this for fading melasma. Order was fulfilled very quickly and I started taking it religiously. I can't say if it offers any protection, and for sure it did not fade or lighten my melasma. However, I think it may be something I have to take on a longer term basis?
