Q: Which of the following does this support: Windows, Mac OS, Linux, Android, iOS?

It installed effortlessly on OS X 10.10.2 and Ubuntu 14.04. I didn't even have to look for drivers -- anything required was auto-located and installed by the OS's "Add printer" dialog.

No, not that I am aware of... we just use regular paper. Most of our labels are printed on dot matrix or inkjet printers.

Yes, prints handily on both sides. I like this printer.

Q: How are the M HP451DN and M 451 nw different? What is the Ethernet? Does either one scan ?

Neither include a scanner. The DN will Duplex and Network. The NW prints single-sided and can be set up on a Wireless network.
