Bodyblade Classic Kit

Professional brand same brand, size and weight used at rehab clinic. Using for shoulder rehab. and long-term for the deep small muscles. Provides unique vibrating flex type exercise experience not replicatable with other equipment that I am aware of. Exactly what I wanted.

I bought a Body Blade Classic and I love it. I also purchased a fitness bar for comparison. The Body Blade is currently priced at $119, and the fitness bar is about $35 with discount. Quite a price difference! I tested them both, and while the fitness bar essentially does the same thing, I found the Body Blade much smoother to use. The fitness bar came a day before the Body Blade, and when I tried it, I was convinced that I would be sending the Body Blade back and keeping the fitness bar. Then the Body Blade showed up. Like I said, they have the same kind of action, and if I were pinching pennies, I would have kept the fitness bar and been totally happy with it. Some reviewers said they can't get it to work. I would say that if you can't dance to the beat of music, you probably won't be able to use the Body Blade properly either. You do have to have a certain amount of coordination to use it. Some reviewers mentioned that the rubber stinks on the Body Blade. I suspect that they got a fake. You can find a "Body Blade" on a certain unmentionable site which is known for having auctions and fake merchandise. That will set you back about $60, and yes, the rubber on it will probably stink. I'm keeping the Body Blade and returning the fitness bar. UPDATE: I originally bought the Body Blade for my spouse, who has a wrecked shoulder. She likes it a lot, and I like it so much I just bought a 2nd one for myself.

I first used one of these in my physical therapist’s office. It takes some time to get used to it and to develop the coordination to use it effectively for some of the exercises. But, don’t be fooled. It may look silly, but it is not easy! I am an athletic person, and I do some form of strength training every day but this is a totally different feeling! The Bodyblade YouTube channel is really helpful. We will be on the road a lot this summer and this is a lot easier to take with us than a whole set of free weights. Granted, the workout is different, but this will help maintain our fitness along with the other things that we will do for workouts while traveling. I really debated about getting this and I’m glad I did.

Love this for PT. I have a rotator cuff injury. This has been very helpful in my recovery.

easy to practice at home

This product was great for Physical therapy and helps me with my shoulder. It was very fun for the kids to use. It is lightweight and afforable. It has a great grip pads for your hands to squeze.

My PT suggested this since I have limited mobility and severe back and neck issues. I purchased one and it is a great way to work every muscle in my body, arms, shoulders and chest without heavy lifting or straining. It can be placed any where out of the way when not in use.

I'm still in the learning phase of using this blade. They have a code to pull up instructions for use and exercises to do. There is a learning curve to using this. But I do feel like I'm getting a good upper body workout when I use it.

I use the Body Blade to recover core strength after a spinal stroke as recommended by my therapist. The Body Blade gives a good workout in a matter of minutes. Recommend as a good therapeutic tool. It is well made and just about impossible to break if used correctly.
