Heart Horse 4 Buttons Remote Flip Folding Key Shell Compatible with Mitsubishi Eclipse Lancer Endeavor Galant Outlander 2007-2012 Modified (No Chip)

The black plastic case looks like cheap plastic to be honest, but the key itself fills sturdy in comparison to the original setup key fob. Mine came in a bit too tight and would activate the rear trunk unlock button continuously so I had to use a dremel to shave off just a bit of material, and once done i had no issues with the setup. All in all, for the cost and the new body looks far better than the original and outlay the cons. Note that this does not come with the chip to program, so you will need to get that from the OG key or the dealer. One last thing, the new fob has 2 screws, do NOT remove the screw on the flat surface located opposite side of the buttons; this screw unlocks the flip key mechanism, it's not too hard to put back but just leave it be. Remove the screw located on the side of the fob farthest away from the key once extended. I'll update if things go south with the setup.

I ordered this blank key because mine had been snapping out of the busted fob. After paying five dollars to have it cut, I placed the internals out of my old key and it was good to go. The new fob feels much more durable than my original. Just make sure you move over your fob internals otherwise the key wont work. I also recommend getting some stickers if you are dishearted by the lack of the mistu logo.

Key blade is very loose in the fob. Assembly after removing the blade to get cut doesn't seem to fit correctly. DO NOT REMOVE THE SCREW IN THE BACK OF THE KEY as this will open the key spring mechanism. You only have to remove the screw from the bottom of the fob to insert your electronics. Works for a 2015 Lancer but I may just throw this away and buy the regular fob shell as I am afraid this will break at a bad time. Nice upgrade but be warned it doesnt seem very sturdy.UPDATE : 10/2022 key fell apart about a month ago. Fortunately, I kept the OEM case.

Worked perfectly after cut, however the snap together doesn't feel too sturdy with the original rfid chip inside, but lightly glued together, it has been holding up just fine

Its not we made. I had to remove the buttons to make it fit. The key feels loose like it may break off at some point. But its working for now

I have a 2006 eclipse gs.and the metal part broke from my key fob sonto crank it I would leave metal part in ignition and I would.hook the fob part too it.hold it tight and crank it .called a locksmith and they said they couldn't make a key for it because there machines couldn't program it.called dealership and they wanted 300.i ordered this and transferred the guts from fob to this one and got key cut for 5 dollars at locksmith and everything works.like a charm.

Its an awesome product but didnt come with button pad shown in picture. I called just to make sure and got treated like dirt by my representative and her supervisor. They didnt understand what i was talking about an i was asking a simple question , is it supposed to come with the button pad or not. An got talked down to because they thought i was spitting on their product or something. I ordered this key because i thought it came with everything but doesnt i guess. I give my representative a quarter star because how i was talked to. Im putting 5 to get it in the good reviews so people can read this.

It works fine and looks awsome. You need to find a lock smith that can cut the key professionally. It works in my ignition right away.

El control esta bien, le di 4 estrellas porque la llave no entra exactamente, tuve que llevarla a un cerrajero para que le limara las orillas y quedara recta de lo contrario no entra, también le tuve que quitar el botón que abre la cajuela porque mi camioneta no trae esa función y no cerraba bien la tapa, afortunadamente aun conservaba el control anterior y solo le cambié el botón, por lo demás funciona perfectamente.

EL DISEÑO GENERAL ES MUY BONITO, UN POCO GRANDE PERO ES COMODO, SIN EMBARGO, AL ENCENDER EL COCHE DE MANERA FRECUENTE, SE EMPEZÓ A ABRIR LA CARCASA, EVENTUALMENTE SE QUEBRÓ Y YA NO FUNCIONA MAS. QUIZA CON UN PLASTICO MAS RIGIDO O UN PAR DE TORNILLOS EXTRA NO OCURRIERA LO QUE PASO.
