Very First Sight Words Sentences Level - 1 Book for Kids Age 4 -8 years

I rarely leave reviews for anything but I just want to say to whoever is contemplating to buy this book that it's a very very good book. It helped my son gain confidence in reading (he's 5 and still can't read very well because the school isn't doing such a good job teaching. He speaks perfect english though). Thanks to this book he's able to read so much better now. I like how structured each chapter is and how they guide the child from simple words to complex ones (apart from this I also give him 'word of the day' and ask him to search for it in any book he likes) but this book took his reading skill to the next level and it makes him very happy now that hes able to read just like adults. Totally recommend it.

This product is very excellent for children who are just starting to speak.This book includes words and images which are very interactive for children.It also contains small small sentences which children can easily read.Very Recommended

I bought this book for my four year old kid and it’s working like magic... In every chapter, book introduces a new sight word and there will be a few sentences to practice reading that word... So as a parent I just have to tell the sight word that is getting introduced in that chapter and my daughter was able to read the sentences under that chapter ... The best part is now she likes reading this book on her own and it’s been hardly a week that we got this book ... In a nutshell the book does her job pretty well, keeps the kid engaged (if he/she enjoys books), gives the confident to the kids that they can read on their own, and makes the parents happy :)... A tip for parents - Don’t introduce this book as a study book and sit and teach .. Rather give it to them like a story book and tell them to read on their own using their pointer finger. You can be there with the kid just to tell the new sight word getting introduced in each chapter ...

I bought this book (after reading the reviews) for my 4 year old to give h** sometime later. *** knows only alphabets. To my suprise, *** could read the book with just a little help. Its a well organised, well written book with large font and pictures to help them read each sentence. *** could identify the words even though *** doesnt know the spelling. I bet your child would love it and develop the interest to read. The paper of the book is good too. *** is looking forward for level-2 book. Thank you Dreamland and Amazon.

Very useful book

Content and process is very good. But the quality of pages and print is really bad, in many pages the print is considerably faint. It can be a recommendation for 3.5 years and above kid.

4歳半でスタートしましたが、読むには難しい単語の横にはイラストがあり、少しずつレベルアップするので簡単にスラスラ読みができます！ある程度の単語力（簡単な動詞や物の名前）や、フォニックスのアルファベット発音をある程度知っていればイラストと最初の文字で単語を予測することも出来ます。サイトワードは、漢字のように暗記してぱっと答えられるのが大事。このテキストは同じような例文がひたすら並んでいるので、ひらがな読むよりも早くスラスラ読めるようになりました。サイトワードの他の絵本もやっていましたが、音声付きだと一文読むのが早いので、一つ一つの単語を読むというより、暗記して読むふりをしていて、文字を読んでいない状態だったので、着実に文字を読む練習という意味でもすごく役に立っています。今レベル1の半分ですが、レベル２も追加購入しました！安いし、本当オススメ！！

Well worth money. Great little book for beginner readers.

This book is helping both me the parent and the 3 year old. It gives me ideas on how to teach her words and sentences and she is intrigued because there are pictures on it,a worth it book!
