Will the tutto 20" fit my juki hzl-f300 w/dimensions: 17.5 width, 11.4 height, 8.2 depth, weighs 21 lbs! just want to be sure to buy correct size.

The Tutto 20" is the medium size. Your machine should fit nicely. The interior dimensions are 19"L x 13"H x 10" D.

Does the height dimension include the wheels?

The case is 13" high.. The wheels to the top of the case measures approximately 15". BTW: I purchased my case nearly 2 years ago. The wheels now squeak, but the case has held up well. A friend who bought a sewing machine case at a major sewing store chain about the same time as my purchase had to replace her case.

What is the diameter of the wheels (approx)? Trying to be sure it will fit in my tiny space.

I'd say approximately two inches, which is rather small, but, they seem to work fine. One of them just started squeaking, so I'm off to get some WD-40. Still not the ultimate bag for me, who travel constantly, but... it's close. I'd like to see more configurable compartments inside. Nice that it loads from the top or the side, though, makes it easy to get the laptop out when stored in the overhead on the airplane.

Does anyone have the viking ruby royale? does this fit? mine measures one inch higher on height...wondering if there is any flexibility at the top?

I would definitely go with your measurements and the interior measurements of the bag. I have a Viking Diamond that came with its own bag, but if I were to get a Tutto for it, I would go with the Large even though it "almost" fits in the Medium. I also have a Jade 35 that I use as my mobile sewing & embroidery machine and it will fit perfectly in the Medium. I'm probably going to get the black though, since I already have the black embroidery unit bag and my Diamond's bags are red.
