This product is definitely a cute kitchen accessory that fits easily between my knife block and microwave on the counter top. The rhinoceros design is super cute so I feel no obligation to hide it in a drawer. I appreciate the whimsy this product brings to my kitchen. This product is obviously more form than function. I like it a lot, and it definitely tears through the dull edges of my knives, but it's pretty small and takes a lot of elbow grease to sharpen a knife back down to its razor edge. The size is a major long term concern for me. There isn't a lot of surface area to grip. As the groove inside ages I'm worried one knick could lead to a sliced finger. Still happy I bought this as a decorative and creative kitchen accessory, but it should be no surprise that there are similar products on the market that would solve the same problem more efficiently.

I bought this sharpener for my husband as more of a cute gag gift. We have sharpening stones, but we are going to put this with our camping gear to have a small sharpener on hand in case we need it. It’s cute and not too big.

This is a very handy knife sharpener. For non professional or someone like me who doesn’t cook often or know much about it this is exactly what I needed as a simple and effective way to sharpen my knives.

Eigentlich war der Messerschleifer als Spaßgeschenk angedacht, aber die super Qualität hat es noch viel besser gemacht. Der Messerschleifer ist im ständigen Gebrauch, und von ihm wird nur geschwärmt. Stumpfe Messer sind hier nicht mehr vorzufinden.

This is the cutest little knife sharpener ever. It looks so cute in the kitchen next to the other kitchen items from this brand and it's a heavy little thing! It was a fair bit smaller than I was expecting but this little thing packs a punch! Rhino is decent quality and super easy to use even for my husband who apparently has never sharpened a knife before! Yeah, I know! Overall a cute and functional product and he deserves his 5 stars.
