Five stars for sure I love it I have a rescue dog from the Bahamas he's 77 lb and he's strong the harness is so easy to put on doesn't have to go over his head it goes around which is good for him ,it's sturdy ,it has a strong handle , it is well worth the money

This is a great harness! It's adjustable in 4 spots, which helped fit my mixed breed dog perfectly. Such a cute and sturdy harness! It's sporty and reflective and I finally feel safe walking our new rescue dog because I know she can't escape this harness. (Other styles didn't fit her.) My daughter found this particular harness and told me I ought to check it out and I’m really glad I did. Tonight will be my first night walking him with it (and my other dog ) so I’ll know better how much I like or dislike it. However, here is my first impression; it is made as well as some of the premium harnesses that I have looked at. The material is a heavy duty nylon that appears to be water resistant and the color is a very vibrant construction/neon orange, which matches his leash and collar. It has a handle on the top of it, which I appreciate for potential emergencies in which case I would need to pick him up in a hurry. It also has a front ring for those dogs that pull excessively which I am really happy about since we are working on leash training/walking – I’ve only had him for a couple of weeks. The one thing that I really like is that there is a lock where the pieces snap together. As far as difficulty level adjusting it – I found it fairly difficult to adjust the straps however, that is most likely for security reasons because there is no way that those are going to slide on their own. The fit is absolutely perfect on him – there is absolutely no way that he can wiggle out of it because he is an escape artist however, the fit of this harness is very very secure. The plastic rings that are on it are a very thick plastic and they appear to be very durable. Overall, my first impression is five stars and honestly the reviews of anyone saying that it fell apart - I can’t see how unless it was abused or a larger dog. It’s pretty darn durable and thick. I would definitely buy again and will recommend the PHOEPET No Pull Dog Harness for Small Dogs. And as far as the difficulty of adjusting the straps, do not let that deter you - it should let you know that the straps are very secure and will not be slipping..

Excellent harness. Highly reflective this harness has an easy head pull-over without having to lift legs - removal is just as quick and easy. Well-constructed with back and chest padding for comfort and is machine washable. For our best fit, we used a plastic tape measure for chest and neck sizing and Alexxa assistance to get a tailor-made bred fit.

I have a 6 month old Husky (huskies are known escape artists) and this harness seems to be the perfect one for her. I had to order a new harness because she chewed her last one to the point of breaking. I chose this one for the design and built in handle on the back. It appears to be made of quality material. I love that there is a lock on it so it doesn't accidentally slip off of her. It was very easy to adjust to her size, with lots of room for growth. She also doesn't pull as much as she did with her last one. I could not adjust her last one to fit, but I can with this one without worry of her slipping out of it. If I ever need to purchase another harness, this one will be top of the list. I'm very happy with it so far.

This Phoepet harness is well made. It is very reflective. We ordered the small and it is perfect for our 10 week old lab. Our pup has no issues wearing it, even when we are not out for a walk. She seems to be quite content to wear it. The buckles make it easy to put on and take off without going over her head.

This harness finally fits my mic breed, however the front leash loop is so low on the front that the leash hook bangs his front leg impacting his gate. It needs to be higher. You need the front loop for reactive dogs but the banging against his leg knocks us both of balance.

100% perfect fit right out of the box. No adjustments needed. I got a medium for my medium size make rat terrier. Great product and nicely made. I love the handle on the top!

Excellent, high quality, sturdy harness. Good all-rounder for walks and car rides. Sizes are as stated in the listing and I found them to be spot on. It is a bit fiddly to adjust, especially with an excited pooch who's at the smaller end of the scale. I've ordered another one due to the quality.

I ordered this as someone else had one. It’s hard to find a good quality harness for my English bull terrier but this went on with ease, comfy for my boy and perfect fit. He seems to have stopped pulling as much and it seems strong enough that he’s unable to break out or rip it

Really great! Padded in all the right places without being bulky. Also love the handle on the top which helps a lot with holding the dog still without hurting your hands on the lead. Our dog pulls a lot. Don’t often leave reviews but had to as we went through so many harnesses. Some very poorly made, cutting in etc. The last we made the wrong choice of size, choosing large. This is size medium. Our dog is large, but lean. Luna is a Kelpie x Bloodhound. Hope this can help somebody else :)
