Very, very happy with this - product and service. It works exactly as described. Get one!
Perfect!! 10/10!! Awesome!! This feels well made, and the connectors are solid. Delivered when I wanted it to be. And it works exactly as described. Connected my S9 one end, and the TV the other end. Screen mirroring and DeX work fine. Sadly, I can't check out it's 4K capabilities with my older TV....! You don't *need* to also connect a charger - but I guess the phone's battery will suffer. This will suit me in hotels where I stay and they don't let you wifi screen-mirror - now I can watch stuff full screen. This is a great product. And the owners of the company included a lovely letter, and a really useful freebie little extra. I've already recommended to friends.

Excellent picture quality.
Worked right out of the box, had a slight delay in picking up the signal on one of my older TV's but picture quality excellent. Haven't used it to charge my phone yet, but nice I don't have to pack an additional charger when I am going away.Haven't mentioned durability, as only had it for a week but so far so good.Seems to be well made and feels solid.I would recommend.

Handy piece of kit
This cable is great for the money, it works as it should. My only issue is that when you connect the normal USB to a power source i.e TV or your charging plug it doesn't actually charge the device properly. Your device will have the symbol on the battery icon but the percentage will not increase (noticed this after watching a 2hr movie) the battery decreased as normal when being used without a connected power source. Just make sure your device has enough charge if you are using it for streaming etc.

Cable does not connect iMac 27 inch 2019 to a second HDMI Best avoided.
The cable arrived same day as advertised. Cable connected to computer but computer did not detect display . tried with another cable which worked fine.website stated " Home/Office ready, directly connect your phone HDMI cable to tv OR laptop Thunderbolt 3 to HDMI on TV/monitor/projector display, e.g. HDMI to Macbook Pro or Samsung S8 HDMI cable to TV"incorrect. iMac 2019 has thunderbolt 3 , display has hdmi. no detection. wasted my time. response to email asking for info was to claim my email was blank, despite fact i send email to myself too which i have.Best avoided. seller should not misinform buyers, just wastes everybody's time.

The first thing I pack.
Truly great piece of kit which i use for linking my phone to tv's while on holiday. As the phone has MHL output it allows me to watch downloaded content or, when routed through a VPN, live "home country" content anywhere in the world while simultaneously maintaining charging.The connectors appear good quality and the individual cables are good lengths. I did have a slight problem with the USB C connector to my phone where the connector body appeared to be very, very slightly too long. This made the connection a tad fragile and it required a hard push and careful positioning to maintain the connection. However when I contacted the company the lead was replaced without fuss. The replacement is perfect but I deducted one star as a consequence. Half a star would be more appropriate.I never travel without it.

It could have been so good!
This looked like a good product and it works well but there is one major problem. The C adaptor that fits into your phone (mine is a Samsung galaxy S8) does not fit very snuggly! In other words the cable fits in when pressed hard in .... but then if you so much as breathe on it the cable comes out and the connection is lost. Therefore it is not very user friendly which is a great shame. Also the charger is a very slow speed charger .... and my phone immediately informs me of this!

Finally a cable that works
This cable works very well on my Galaxy S8. Plug & Play via Samsung DEX (either mirror your phone screen or turn your TV into a computer desktop via Android)Very impressed.I had previously tried two other types of cable sold on Amazon at around the same price, neither of them worked and I ended up returning them.If you have an S8 and need to play your apps - Netfix, games etc on your TV via HDMI then this is cable is a good choice for the price.
