Does this woodpeckers precision woodworking tools wwr24 woodworking rule, 24-inch have holes for the hookstop? the photo doesn't have them.

Hello, The Woodpeckers Hookstop makes the Woodpeckers Woodworking Ruler the perfect Hook Rule. Fits 12", 24", 36", and 48". Not compatible with SERX Straight Edge Rules.

why so much more than the woodpecker website?

I just looked on the website and found the Amazon price a few dollars less not more. By around 6 dollars for the 49 inch ruler. Remember this. Items like this are sold through a 3rd party. It can be more than buy direct. But not this time. I will also say the rulers are awesome.

If this goes up to 21/2 whats the least width it will hold.

the center screw is threaded all the way, so it will close to less than 1/2 inch to use on your narrowest 6 inch steel rule
