What is the max thickness a table leg can be using the system?

I don't know how thick of a leg you can make. I made a leg that was 2x2x32 and had no problem. My guess would be your table saw would be the limiting factor. For safety sake, no matter what size leg I would recommend using the gripper, also a product made by Microdial. I stated the largest leg I have made is a 2x2x32 and the smallest was a 1 5/8x1 5/8x14. I would not have a problem larger or smaller if the need should arise. I'm retired and work with wood as a hobby, If you have any further questions feel to send your questions to me. George Evans

How long of a leg could this jig accommodate , say like a dining table leg 28" long with the top 5" straight then 23" of taper is that dooable?

I made two cuts of this nature with this jig. One cut was a 2 1/2 degrees and 26 inched long with 4 1/2 inches at the top and 3 1/2 inches at the bottom.The second cut was 5 degrees with 26 inches long and 5 1/2 inches at the top and a little over 3" at the bottom.

Quality is good. Strong plastic that looks like it will hold up well.

Is the above aforementioned described item compatible with a dewalt folding workbench

The previously described apparatus can satisfactorily be utilized in conjunction with a Dewalt folding workbench in such a manner as any other unrelated tool could be placed on top of any other type work bench.
