Charming and Versatile Cooking Pot!
I recently bought the Neoflam Kiesel 1.5qt Non-Stick Ceramic Casserole Pot in lilac, and it has quickly become my go-to kitchen essential! This pot is not only visually appealing but also incredibly functional. The non-stick ceramic surface makes cooking and cleaning a breeze; nothing sticks, and I can cook with minimal oil for healthier meals.I love its versatility—I've used it for stews, soups, and even steaming vegetables, and it performs excellently every time. The 1.5qt size is perfect for small meals or side dishes, and the pot heats evenly, ensuring consistent cooking. Plus, it's oven safe, which adds to its convenience when I want to finish off a dish in the oven. The scratch-resistant feature gives me confidence that it will hold up over time, and the heat-resistant handle makes it safe to use. I’ve received compliments on its lovely lilac color, which adds a fun touch to my kitchen. If you’re looking for a stylish and reliable casserole pot that’s perfect for various cooking tasks, I highly recommend the Neoflam Kiesel! It combines functionality with beautiful design effortlessly!

A must have in your kitchen!
I purchased this one and another size. Honestly, these pots are super cute and highly functional. Initially it took me a little bit to get used to how to cook in it, however, once I got the hang of it oh my goodness, I make the best rice! I purchased because I wanted to start using organic sustainable non-toxic in my kitchen. After being diagnosed with cancer, I became super paranoid about having Teflon. This is a fantastic option and it's also super cute in your kitchen. It is beautifully made so it adds a little touch of class to your pot collection!

SO cute - but SO fragile.
The lid shattered when placed on the counter - I heated some food for less than 3 minutes in the microwave. Contacted Neoflam hoping to get a replacement lid since the bowl was almost $40! They said sorry but no. Asked if they had ANY other lid the could offer as replacement and that I didn't care if it matched - and they ghosted me. :( Now I have a $40 bowl that laughs at me when I open the cabinet. :(

Love it!
i have had this over at least 8 years. I have had 2: The first model of this was 1.5 qt, and this is second generation of 2 qt.The first one I got it from Chinese supermarket since I had been looking for one for a while. Back then the pots in Chinese supermarket were super leaky. Since Koreans has a lot clay pot dishes, why not try? It turned out that this one really exceeded my expectations. I mostly use it to make soup, and everything is just so perfectly cooked in every way - perfect texture, and it preserves all the flavors somehow. I have tried to use all other pots, and trust me, nothing is the same. It has become my perfect heavy soup pot. Usually I cook it to boil, and turned off the stove. Let it sit and continue cooking itself. For most part that's all it takes unless it's something like big chunky bones.I just follow the instructions to use: never turn up the stove higher than medium and always has liquid in the pot. To clean it I just put water inside and boil, wipe it clean while the pot is warm with sponges. Until one day I forgot it on the stove and the bottom of the pot was completely burnt. I saw small crack lines on the bottom and even though surface was still sealed fine. At that point I decided to get my second one through Amazon, since all the local supermarket sold out, and I got the last one in stock.I thought Neoflam stopped making it, and I am glad to see this is still around (yay). Hope you enjoy this one as much as I have.

Side handles are small
I found that the side handles are rather small as measured extending from the sides of the pot. And they are curved underneath for some of the width that they are. Not much there to hold on to a hot steamy pot. To me, it would be easy to drop this pot if not very careful due to these small width handles - and I almost did! On the (Corningware) pot that I broke and this new pot replaces, the side handles were twice as wide coming from the sides. While the top "rock" handle is cute, it is rather large. And on this somewhat tall pot I hit the inside of my microwave oven with it. I'll need to be careful with that too.

My favourite cooking pot
Okay this pot is the best investment I've ever made. You do not need high heat to use this and it simmers food to perfection as it disperses heat beautifully. If you love slow cookers then this is a pot for you. Only thing, be careful when you grab it from the side handles, it gets very hot.
