The product is trash and doesn't work at all. Had been trying to request return the product but the delivery guys never showed up for the return.

I ordered this item with a slight apprehension about whether it really works because of my bad experience with a similar manually operated water pump a few years ago (bought from some other site). I placed the order since I have more faith in Amazon in case the item is found to be not working.The item is packed securely and compactly. The charging of the battery took about 3 or 4 hours as mentioned. I boiled the silicone tube and the ss spout in water for a few minutes as recommended in the small pamphlet that came in the box. After that, I pushed the silicone tube and the spout in their respective places and kept the pump on the neck of the 20 liter water bottle, that was full.I pushed the switch ON and lo and behold! the water came out in a beautiful, steady stream. I thought it will switch itself OFF after a few seconds so that the container does not overflow, but No, we have to push the switch again to make it OFF.So, be careful if you are trying to fill a small glass tumbler - you may spill the water due to overflow if you are late. Better collect the water into a jug of a small vessel and keep that closed - so that you can take your glassful of water from that vessel as needed.I am giving 4 stars because of that one desirable but not present design feature. Selection of time, but that would have pushed the price much higher. Now, it is very attractive price. Go for it and avoid lifting the heavy 20 liter bottles on to the dispenser etc.

What an awesome device!Seriously best 599rs I've ever spent. It's easy to install and works like a charm. Just make sure that you cut the included pipe according to your water can size - so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the can - that way it pupmps easily and fast.For me it can pump 100-120 litres of water on over charge (4-5 cans of 25 litres) and the charge time is only 2-3 hours

This product is totally unworthy with the cost. The product stopped working even before completing 3 months. Its battery is not charging anymore so its useless now coz without charging you will not be able to use the product and water will not come out automatically from the camphor. Introed charging rhis product from different charger ans USB cables but result is same.Will not recommend to anyone

They saying in one charge we can use 5 bottle but it's battery over in one bottle an it's take 3 or more hours to charge full battery 🔋 but used only one bottle I think it's waist of time an electricity bill..
