It does not work well
The product is too week It does nothing to your hair

Doesnt work well on Coarse Hair
I bought this because it was advertised as an ultimate strength for coarse hair. I followed the instructions for my hair and treated hair for 20 minutes (max time recommended) and my hair was a little bit more tameful but it isn’t anymore. It lasted only a day or two. Even though i filled all guidance and moisturized daily

Doesn't seem to work at all
I've tried multiple texturizer kits from the likes of ProLine and S-Curl and those usually work just fine. I've never used Duke's texturizer kit and didn't have any grand expectations but was severely disappointed by this product. I tried it and found that it did absolutely nothing to my hair. I don't see myself buying this again.

2 kits = 1 store bought kit; not worth it
You get two kits but you need one and a half when you first apply.It would be cheaper to go to a local store.
