Good Product
This is a very good product. I take a couple capsules about 45 minutes before a workout and the energy boost is great. It helps me to run circles around the guys at the gym.

So i'll get pumped, but i *MIGHT* get cancer?
I purchased the EFX "The Original 100% Stable PH-Correct Creatine" Kre-Alkalyn EFX (120 caps)and i'm just going through the reading when I realised the label reads:"WARNING: Required proposition 65 Warning for California State Residents Only - This product contains chemicals known to the state of California to cause cancer and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm. (This products meet or exceeds USP and federal standards for heavy metals"I don't know what "Heavy Metals" they refer but i'm guessing it's not Metallica.Just a heads up on this, bought my bottle doubt I will be using it.

Really good stuff. Helps out with muscle growth naturally. It does give a feeling of water weight but the product seems to work well.
