Eucalyptus Silver Dollar Annual Seeds

I was hopeful but no luck.
Seeds never grew. I did exactly as I was suppose to. It's been over a month. Germination should have shown some sign. No luck.

Not eucalyptus seeds!
A total fraud! I don’t know what type of seeds I received, but they were not eucalyptus. The seedlings look like yarrow or tansy.

Seeds did not germinate.
None of the seeds germinated even using a heat pad.
