I enjoy cooking fancy meals in 1 hour or less with this electric pressure cooker.I literally make everything i can in here. Anything from rice and chili, to ribs and pot roasts.This really comes in handy on the colder days when we feel like a country soup or a turkey chili.I live dong ribs in her because they come out falling off the bone and its easy to finish and crust the up in my broiler.defiantly recommend this product for anyone learning how to cook because it is so easy to us. My husband died 12 years ago and I am alone and do not like to cook or eat alone. Using this is like not having to cook. Take the time to read instructions, jot down your favorite recipes, and store them with the instructions. Mine did not come with the instructions so I had to go online and find them and print them out. I put leftovers in the freezer and they taste just wonderful being reheated. I bought my daughter and best friend one too.

Cooks well. Product information describes a spoon holder to attach to the back of the pot. No holder came with mine.

I have only used it twice. Once for beans and another 4 ribs. It was trial and error for me because the one manual has limited directions as it doesn't explain start to finish. I finally figured it out then when I wanted to use again, it had shown a code e4 which is a malfunction of device. The service manual states if that code shows to call their 800 no. for instructions to return. I have not been able to reach their customer service since March when Covid epidemic began.

I wish I would’ve paid attention when I ordered this. It’s great for most but I don’t cook with nonstick pans which is what this came with. Huge bummer for me.
