Works for standard return jet on Hayward system
Connected to return jet on Hayward filter system and also fit a standard garden hose. I got this to connect the return to a hose that is being used as a DIY solar heater for our pool. Connected without any leaks and feels like thick durable material

Fits correctly to allow hose connection
Needed adapter to connect garden hose to sump pump. This adapter screwed right in and was good to go in the nick of time.

As presented on the page..Used with the sump pump also shown on the page, it fits that pump's outlet. I put a hose on it and by laying hose on bottom of a kids pool the jet of water cleaned the bottom when ducks took a bath.

Works well in a harbor freight pump
Used in a harbor freight pump to drain a pool automatically in the winter. Adapted from the pump to a hose.Because it was submerged, I did not care about small leaks - no clue if it fit well and didn't leak, but seemed high quality and good threads.
