Stepping it up
Cashflow 202 is kind of an upgrade to Cashflow 101. After having mastered the basics from 101, 202 introduces more investing options and additional factors that bring the game up to a whole new level.I'll admit I just got the game and have just finished reading the rules, so there's not much I can say about the actual playing, but boy am I ever anxious to do so. The game seems more focused on teaching the basics of technical investing, but the real estate and business aspects have also been expanded, now allowing negotiating deals and partnerships with other players. All in all, there's just more you can do, more can happen, and some rules have been modified to keep things challenging. Thus far I've just been playing Cashflow 101 with my wife, which is great for increasing basic financial literacy, but Cashflow 202 seems better suited for more players, so we'll probably have to find some friends to get in on the action. Of course, we'll play a bit on our own first to gain a bit of an edge from practicing ;)

Another great Rich Dad product!
This is the "expansion pack" for the board game Cashflow 101, and a product of the Rich Dad Co.....best known for it's book on real estate investing, "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki. I've owned Cashflow 101 for a few years now and it's been just as fun and educational as it was promised to be. It has helped me both learn and teach others about serious real estate investing. Cashflow 202 moves beyond real estate investing to include educational information and game play involving technical investing in stock options. While it is no substitute for a CPA or lawyer, I highly recommend it to those looking to better understand the basics of investing (even with little or no money) and the power it has to change one's life emotionally and financially. In my case, it has more than paid for itself!

MUST have Cashflow 101 BEFORE being able to use Cashflow 202
First NOTE: This is NOT the full game. It ONLY has cards, score pads (financial sheets), and envelopes (for short sales). [this is noted at the end of the product description, but it's important to put it up front]It also comes with CDs which are NOT required for the game and are pretty much useless in my mind. It's just Kiyosaki talking to his wife, their friends, and some other financial people about what they do and why 202 is great. You MUST have the CashFlow 101 game board, money, tokens, cheese, and some dice to be able to play. You may be able to download the game board online or borrow it from someone, but that is a pain. Monopoly money won't work since these transactions can easily get into the millions.Cashflow is an excellent game that teaches you basic skills of accounting and managing money. 202 adds very complex trading (shorting stock, call and put options, and the market is tumultuous). So Beware! and buy insurance if it comes up!The rules of trading (in the game and real life) are quite complicated, so you may want to practice how to buy calls and puts and/or short stocks (in the game NOT real life) before inviting a bunch of friends over. Same goes with the cashflow accounting if you haven't played 101 or don't have great accounting skills.

As it first arrive and open it I like it already and very happy. The contents of this game are here is the following.1. DVD atleast 3 of them2. Paper sheets for balance sheets for your work or job3. Notes or list4. OthersP.S. It is very helpful to listen to DVD first then move on next to category. Take it slowly but surely while playing PCH.com day and night you can listen to it after you finish. Ask your household for their income and taxes and right it down or even yours to compare how much assets or liabilities and expenses and income you may have.Sincerly Yours,Ricardo B. Autida Jr.

Learn by doing; learn by playing the game
Learning to invest is just words in a book until you actually do something, and playing this game is as close as it gets to actual investing without actually doing it. This is a way fun game, and it is now played at our house every Friday night, so all our friends can join in. We now have two games, and we may need a third soon.
