These worked perfectly for what I needed, although there is possibly a technique to getting them installed that I don't know because it was not enjoyable. One thing's for sure they are not coming out easily.

It was exactly what I was looking for have a boat that is 24 years old the cushions have those fasteners and most of them where broken this was the only place found them at they hold the cushions in place and prevents them from flying off while moving

We looked for these everywhere and could not find them, if I had checked Amazon first I would not have wasted my day as well as a 1/2 tank of gas. These arrived on time and are made very sturdy. No complaints, I will order again.

I would agree with other reviewers in that these seem to be a pretty standard item for attaching surface mount boat parts. I pulled off my blower vent covers and to my dismay, damaged one of these. I thought I would never find this specific part for my 2001 Monterey, but low and behold, here it is on Amazon. Direct replacement and easy to find.

I use these to hold bolster pads to my boat. They work great when used with a 21/64" hole. I felt fortunate to find these available as they replaced 15 year pieces on my boat.
