Nice little light
Nice little light. Pretty bright on hi setting -- looking directly at the LEDs is a bit blinding. Slide switch isn't recessed, but has decent detents to hold switch positions, so no great tendency to turn on while on in pocket, though I suppose that could happen. It shouldn't happen if you keep it in a bag/purse. Has a quality feel to it. Great way to use up those extra Costco 9v batteries that are never going to end up in your smoke detectors.

Does the job
I purchased some of these a long time ago at TJMaxx and they worked great. These work just as good however I am starting to notice a little more wear and tear than I would have liked after only a month. But again, the price/value. It works.

Better Bottle good for final stages - sampling and bottling
I have a lot of equipment for wine making now - I use my Better Bottle with valve and filling wand exclusively for final stage - sampling/blending and bottling. I like glass carboys for earlier stages involving mixing, clarifying, etc. - they take more abuse. But plastic has another advantage - you can pull a vacuum and decrease volume and head space, but I wouldn't do that with a bottle with a hole in it. Disassembling, cleaning and sanitizing the valve is a nuisance and small parts can deteriorate or get lost - I use an arrow shaft to hold the valve inside the bottle. But the ease of bottling with the valve makes this bottle worth having. PET bottles are widely available - I got some from Midwest - but they're not up to Better Bottle's quality.

Totally pleased with this purchase. I recommend it!
I bought this for my sister-in-law's birthday because she loves owls, likes to have fun kitchen utensils and dining ware, and has a cup of coffee every morning. She loves it! I received this shipment quickly, and before gifting it to her, I examined it to make sure that there was no damage. It was delivered in perfect condition. It was painted exceedingly well and feels sturdy. I put some little goodies inside of it and then put it into the little box in which it had been packed. I can imagine eating soup from this or putting a tea light candle inside of it....or someone with a green thumb using this as a pot for a little plant, or an artist using this to hold oil pastels...it's so cute that you'll love using it for a variety of things just to be able to look at it!

Cool Mug
My wife loved this mug. She liked the box it came in more than the mug, but she really liked the mug. We use it as a decorative way to keep bacon grease before we throw it away (no, we don't re-use the stuff. But it's easier to throw away dry).So if you are in the mood for a great owl mug, then snag this one up.

Brighter than the paklite and eats batteries quicker but is pretty dang bright for a small little flashlight. One of the best ways to have a flashlight when everyone else has bought up the other battery types. Usually 9v are left.

Well worth the extra price
More expensive than some others, but well worth it. I had bought another brand, but they were not as bright as I had hoped/wanted, so I bought these. They are much brighter in both the low and bright modes. I will probably buy these again......

This is a fantastic flashlight. Very small and bright
This is a fantastic flashlight. Very small and bright. It also provides a way to use up all the leftover smoke detectors batteries. As recommended by another user, put tape across the flashlight and battery to ensure they do not come apart if you accidently drop it. The only problem is I wish I ordered the multi-pack so that I can place extras in my car and other locations.
