This is a great product I bought it to help with my weight loss journey to help count and keep portion control great system also gives how much you can eat and a list of different foods that’s safe and healthy so your not worried about falling off diet. I love that it already has the measuring marked so your not second guessing and writing down wrong info. Also good recipes and easy to follow highly recommended try it out

These portion control containers are amazing — they’re replicas of the ones used in a very popular portion control diet program, and they work just as well! They’ve really helped me measure my food accurately and stay consistent with my nutrition goals. I love that I can just fill the container and not worry about weighing or guessing portions. These are very durable and super easy to use. They save space by stacking into each other. I used them to build my meals and learn what portions to eat. Only downside is the letters would get sticky and smear when I’d wash them.

The photo is misleading. Only a small card with basic portion info is included. The product description does not make this clear. All the materials need to be downloaded. The recipes in the downloadable book don’t even have the cup equivalents listed. I have the portion cups already. I bought this product specifically for the physical paper guides and book I thought I was getting. The planner and recipes are way too long to print - which is why I imagine it was cheaper to just put a link instead of actually printing and sending the documents. Now I have to look elsewhere to buy them.

I almost didn't buy this because of the complaints that the books were missing. Please note, they are E-Books. There is a QR code on top of the box. Alternatively, there is a small card that directs you to the website. There is a picture of the recipe book, and another of the planner. Simple click on them and they download. I like that the recipes include how many of each container is being used, making it easy to keep track.

This didn’t even come with the 21 day book! You have to go to a website that doesn’t even work. It only that, it doesn’t tell you how to calculate your baseline calories in order to calculate the rest.
