😍😍 I have to say this Product is save my daughter ( 10 months old) life. She has really dry, itchy skin( Doctor said Eczema). I tried many things for her but nothing works. She always scratch her both arms and legs. Her legs is full of scars 😢😢One of friend told me this , and just 3 days after her skin changed a lot better. I need to order these by the case. This product changed my life with my baby.My son had swollen, itchy, rashy eczema skin that would blow up every night. I struggled with different creams, ointments, lotions, steroid treatments, soaps, food sensitivites, etc. It was terrible, and his skin would bleed from scratching. Not anymore!!!After his shower, i pat him dry, and cover him jn a thin layer of Dexeryl. Every morning, i give him another thin layer before he gets going. This stuff has saved his skin. It is now perfect baby skin. He still itches due to his food sensitivities (mostly to all dairy) but the scratching is no longer a searing pain, and you couldnt even tell he has eczema just from looking at his skin.I aso recommend this product as a face lotion, or any dry skin treatment. It leaves a velvety feel, not greasy at all. Smells very neutral. WHY IS THIS NOT SOLD IN USA?!?!

A dermatologist had recommended this for our 6 month olds eczema. It works better than anything else I tried (the list is long - Eucerin, Aveeno, Lush dream cream, olive oil, coconut oil, Cerave, you name it I had slathered it on our baby but nothing seemed to work). They had me order it from some online pharmacy and I paid $40. When it ran out, I discovered this which is 1/4 of the price and exactly the same. I highly recommend this.

Had a rash that I had to purchase a lotion that was $50. The tech at Derm office suggested trying this lotion. It is cheaper but works so much batter. No outbreak since I start using it.

I’m struggling with eczema whole my life. I was using this product several times. Was ok with my face. But Last time I ordered and applied to my face. On the next day my face was to much rash. Looks like this product was expired or they have changed ingredients.
